Squats are one of the best exercises you can do for your hips, butt and thighs.
One thing to remember when you do it is to imagine that you're sticking your butt out behind you, but keep the torso upright and contracted.
Also Lunges, work your glutes.
Step ups, remember to take it slow and concentrate on your working leg (great for lifting the buttox)
You can do side step ups, cross over step ups.
Hip extentions are also good for the glutes.
These excercises will help you shape your butt, lif it, & make it firmer, and will give you a more rounder look, as far as getting bigger, if you have a flat but, I think implants is the only option, but if you jsut want a better shaped, stronger buttox, than these will help you.
