Do different variations of squats and lunges and finish your leg workout with bulgarian split squats...it works for my wife, quite well ;)

Squats are one of the best exercises you can do for your hips, butt and thighs.
One thing to remember when you do it is to imagine that you're sticking your butt out behind you, but keep the torso upright and contracted.

Also Lunges, work your glutes.
Step ups, remember to take it slow and concentrate on your working leg (great for lifting the buttox)
You can do side step ups, cross over step ups.

Hip extentions are also good for the glutes.

These excercises will help you shape your butt, lif it, & make it firmer, and will give you a more rounder look, as far as getting bigger, if you have a flat but, I think implants is the only option, but if you jsut want a better shaped, stronger buttox, than these will help you.

Nene I'm not sure what the ladies use. As far as anabolics you have to be careful. Training will definitely change your shape especially with the right diet. Hopefully the ladies will help you out some more. I believe there is a female forum and you might get more help there, but feel free to keep posting here especially if you find something that sounds like you might want to try it but always check here first. I personally have never heard of anything that will simply increase the size.
 
foam roll your ass, or you can use a lacrosse ball. This will help stretch out the fascia giving the muscle more room to expand. Then what you want to do is stretch out your hip flavors in between your sets of squats, deadlifts, lunges, step ups, supine bridges.
