ArmyBrat96b said:Look for a cheap weight set you can setup at home and show him the basics...he doesn't need to be concentrating on a lot of isolation work...and, if he's a future football player, PLEASE show him what a proper squat looks like...I swear, most high school football players have no idea what they're doing...and their coaches are no help...
