Here's the deal, the guy who I train with is a big pussy. I can't stand his attitude in the gym. He shorts himself on reps, has NO form, and ABSOLUTELY NO INTENSITY. It makes me sick to workout with him. No matter what I say, he just jacks around. But I just moved and don't know anyone else who would workout at 0500 (5:00am for the civies). Is it really necessary to have a spotter? I mean, I use him for "forced reps" at the end of every set, but is that necessary? I would really like to tell him to f**k off, but I don't want to cheat myself out of more growth? What you guys think.........
