He is a good kid, but he thinks their is one way to do everything, and i think all the children at the boards he is active on have made him feel far more knowledgeable adn superior than he is. When it comes to training, the real world is the only thing that holds true. That is something you have to learn, books don't teach you much if anything compared to what a guy 10 years your senior can.In-Human said:jcp2, I have seen a lot of things on many boards, but to be challenged by a child, I think I lost 2 lbs laughing so hard, funny how his Deads went from 580 to 800 in three or four posts, I could never compete with that, lol...
i will after a while , but some people are notorius for not reading stickys so i thought i would just keep it bumped for a while .Mr. dB said:would someone please make this a sticky?
congrats on your results brothorsky said:I have been following DC's theory, not quite as strictly as I should, but as much as possible. In 4 months I have gained 45lbs. My weights have increased as follows:
Standing BB MP - 65lbs
Squat - 85lbs
Bench - 70lbs
Dead - 125lbs
The program is perfect for my body type and I plan on it carrying me into my first competitions. I have never spoken with DC, but I think it may be time.
