Training by DC (Doggcrapp)

Yeah, but the smith machine is a piece of shit, and do you have science or any studies to back any of this up. :D I will meet you on the platform any day. Just tell me when. :p

God i hope you know what i am talking about. lol.

jcp2, I have seen a lot of things on many boards, but to be challenged by a child, I think I lost 2 lbs laughing so hard, funny how his Deads went from 580 to 800 in three or four posts, I could never compete with that, lol...

He is a good kid, but he thinks their is one way to do everything, and i think all the children at the boards he is active on have made him feel far more knowledgeable adn superior than he is. When it comes to training, the real world is the only thing that holds true. That is something you have to learn, books don't teach you much if anything compared to what a guy 10 years your senior can.

Inhuman if you don't step up to the platform your credibility will be in tatters.

I'm sold, fuck it enough playing around with HIT-lite .. starting DC tomorrow!

would someone please make this a sticky?
i will after a while , but some people are notorius for not reading stickys so i thought i would just keep it bumped for a while .
i want to thank IN-HUMAN for going to the trouble to type all this up and sharing with us :biggthump
there have been a lot of heated debates on the internet about DOGGCRAP training , just like anything else thats outside the norm. but the bottom line is that everyone ive read about who DOGGCRAP has worked with has made amazing progress and the last time i checked thats why most of us are on these boards .
and the fact is DOGGCRAP freely shares 90% of his techniques on the boards for all of us to use .

I have been following DC's theory, not quite as strictly as I should, but as much as possible. In 4 months I have gained 45lbs. My weights have increased as follows:

Standing BB MP - 65lbs
Squat - 85lbs
Bench - 70lbs
Dead - 125lbs

The program is perfect for my body type and I plan on it carrying me into my first competitions. I have never spoken with DC, but I think it may be time.

congrats on your results bro

I must admit guys I speak with many DC trainees on a daily basis, and I am on many boards and I have yet to come across someone who has not made the best gains of their life or have been this strong.

I really think that DC has put together the best program for gaining major muscle mass in a short time.

Oh yea one more thing, thanks DADAWG but no I did not type all that info, I should have said from the beginning this is from the man himself...

I tried his program for roughly 6 weeks (or the internet version of his program, at least) and I noticed very very slight size gains, (very little if any weight gain though), and my strength actually dropped. I'm back on the 5x5 now, and I'm still stuck though, so it may have been more me than program that kept me from advancing.

SpikeyLizard, It is very difficult to do this program on your own from what is on the boards, I know there is 90% of the training on the boards but DC has some special things that we do and diet is the major thing that we do not talk about on the boards.

By the way you are the first person I have ever heard say that they did not make gains on this program.

Like I have said before this program is not for everyone, this program is more for people who have tried it all and have a decent base and are stuck with their present program and need help to gain some serious mass...

Doggcrapp::your training (my methods or 5x5) has nothing to do with this problem, it sounds like your diet is 100% the problem 4 ways around the block

Absolutely right. I'd cut back the calories to around only 3750-4000 per day, where I'd been gaining quite well on 4500kcals. I was getting too fat, and right now I'm trying to cut that BF% back down before I start bulking again.

Also, my diet isn't nearly as clean as it needs to be (too many burgers and greasy foods) and, I know you recommend 400+ grams of protein, but I've only been taking in about 250 for a bodyweight of 215. I know full well that my diet is the problem, and I'm working to change that.

You can't have it all bro. If you wanna lean out and still gain at a decent rate, you've got to eat really clean. Even then, all out bulks are still faster.

seems like everyday i read a post about someone who has hit a rut and cant seem to get out of it . they just cant seem to put on anymore size and they think they have tried everything .
looks to me like that something radical is just what the doctor ordered , give doggcrap training a try , that doesnt mean 2 weeks , it means at least a few months of strict compliance . what do you have to lose but your rut;)
