Training Music????

any Dave Seaman mix - techno with an edge and a serious beat.

and LOUD!!!!!!!!!!!

Usually hardcore drum and bass like Tech Itch, Dieselboy and Hive. Rammstein, Down, Disturbed, Godsmack, Slayer, and OLDER Metallica are also good for a change now and then. Some of the faster Punk tracks from Ataris and Green Day are cool for workouts too.

I was gonna post a new thread but I figured this one will do. Can you guys supply me with some good hard rap songs? I've recently been trying to put together a new cd for the gym. I've been a huge classic rock fan all my life, but only rap seems to do it for me in the gym...So if you guys could hook me up with some good ones you like listening to in the gym, I'd appreciate it. Thanks

by the way, Nas - Hate me now is a great one...But I need more

last night was listening to a judge jules set... that was pretty good... ed rush (drum and bass) is good as well...

if you like rap, i suggest you check out drum and bass or some jungle... way higher energy then rap

Damn

Hard to believe Tool hasn't been listed, far and away the band that will AMP ME UP, fun to get pissed with, any song off any album. Most of the others listed also jam (Disturbed, Godsmack), also need to mention Ministry, Union Undergound, Pantera, Motorhead, Korn, Zombie, etc. :afro:

Godsmack may be the worst, cheesiest band i have ever heard in my life. Alice in Chains is dead, let it stay that way. Tool's only good album in my opinion for the gym is opiate.
