training on a cycle

i was thinking of trying this when i start my pro hormone cycle
monday legs and shoulders
tues rest .but will do about 30 mins cardio low impact and abs
wed chest and bis
thursday rest/30 min cardio /abs
friday,back and tris
sat and sunday full rest
so does this sound like a good plan,any suggestions will be welcomed:Playboy:
 
only thing i would change was do chest and tris together since they work together on your pressing motions. what sets and reps do you plan on doing? and have you ever looked into DC training?
 
i have heard of dog crap style training,never tried it,how does it work,i was thinking of some 5x5 and a 5,10,20 type routine
 
DC training is more or less one working set to failure. i've never tried it because i'm a powerlifter, but i've used DC for a few clients and they had some good results. i have a link that has A LOT of info on DC that will help dc-training.blogspot.com/2005/11/dogg-pound-training.html
what are your goals for this cycle? if you're lookin for power then i would recomend 5/3/1 or westside (i use westside and love it).
