i was thinking of trying this when i start my pro hormone cycle
monday legs and shoulders
tues rest .but will do about 30 mins cardio low impact and abs
wed chest and bis
thursday rest/30 min cardio /abs
friday,back and tris
sat and sunday full rest
so does this sound like a good plan,any suggestions will be welcomed
