ive used a few diff types of training routines but what are the guidlines while on a heavey cycle like deca,dbol, sust. ive always used programs like 5x5, H.I.T., and one week high rep low wieght next week heavey and low rep. any advice on how long and hard i should train will be greatly appreciated.
