training on gear... need help pros

ive used a few diff types of training routines but what are the guidlines while on a heavey cycle like deca,dbol, sust. ive always used programs like 5x5, H.I.T., and one week high rep low wieght next week heavey and low rep. any advice on how long and hard i should train will be greatly appreciated.

What are your goals? If your trying to gain lean mass stick with what works best for you weather it would be 5x5's or 3 sets of a higher rep such as 8 to 15. As far as high reps low weight one week and low reps high weight the next, you shud just stick with high weight and low reps to gain weight. Also isolating many different muscles is best to gain muscle mass and weight.
 
im 6"2" 222lbs and about 14 % bf. im trying to get up to about 250 but at the same time i would like to traget certain muslce to improve overall physique. so idealy im trying to focus on on gaining weight also doing things like capping out my shoulder more and getting arms bigger.onceget to be about 250 i would like to cut and think about getting into competitions and what not. thanks for the help.
