I always do my cheat meal on a training day - usually leg day. I also don't substitute my cheat meal for a normal meal, but rather add it to what I'm already eating for the day. So usually I'll do my regular 6 meals, which is around 5k cals right now, and on top of that after legs I'll eat a whole large meat-lover's pizza.![]()
I like to try different places. I live in Berkeley so usually I go to places around DT Berkeley. Sometimes I also just do frozen pizzas because I can get a 4 pack at Costco for cheap haha.
I couldn't putaway an entire large pizza; I wouldn't be able to move afterwards.
