Training with right delt arthritis

I was curious to what some of the bros on here do to help alleviate arthritis pain when training. Delts are my biggest strength however ever since I got diagnosed with arthritis on my right one I'm hitting it hard safely but not to my full potential. Chest is also being effected. Anyone doing anything special to counter it's pain?

I've been on it 3 years and my elbow issues are non-existent - and I was diagnosed with Grade IV arthritis.

Don't take my word for it... ask Ranulph Fiennes - he was a cripple until he discovered it - the rest is history!
