Let me be honest! I am new to this board, and I come at things slightly different then say Westside, but pretty much the same template. I speed pull every week 6-8 sets of 1, and I always use doubled mini bands. I do speed pulls after speed box squats. I always start with around 50% (800 max X 50%=400)plus bands, and finish with between 75% and 80% plus bands. Every other week, I then take the bands off and put the plates on a box to where the bar is approximately 5 inches below my knees, and then I pull two more singles between 90-105%. I also alternate my speed squats in a similar way, so that I am going lighter squats on the day I do heavier DLs.
