tren gains 2 weeks in, pics coming tonight

I thought you out me on block, you're so cute you couldn't resist me lol

I out down the mod wand GOT, say what you were afraid to say before :). We are on equal footing now. It's funny all that muscle and you're afraid of a n00bie like me?

afraid of what?

I forgot...let me SQUEEZE the muscle. Yea bros, I got dem mad gainz from SQUEEZING the muscle. Screw the weight on the bar it's about squeezing, and good form lol

nobody said it's not about the weight on the bar. if you read my posts you would see that I said use a weight that's challenging you to get 12 reps with good form, allowing you to really contract the targeted muscle.

you're sitting here trying to shoot down all my advice, but you've failed to post any pictures to show us you actually know what the fuck you are talking about. you can keep making excuses for not posting pictures of your physique but your credibility sucks. prove to use that you have built a great physique and then people can take your advice seriously. oh wait, you cant do that. my physique speaks for itself, so no need to keep trying to discount my advice. go away little guy

Prove to us I have a great physique? The only thing your pictures prove is you can be borderline clueless with training and gear and get a good physique. I'm discounting your advice on its merits not based on your physique but you'll understand that someday. Good morning sweet prince, I'm about to go and masturbate bc squeezing the muscle will get me big and ripped like you big guy.

Let go brother, it's like blowing air into a balloon with 6 inches hole within. Useless.
You ve been much help for many , including myself, so you have nothing to prove or say more.. I still enjoy you kicking ass in a very logical scientific way..
I ll repeat again , whether u have the physique of jay fkin cutler or the physique of a 6 year old boy, many counts on your advice..
Others would use their mod powers to take the trash out, which is needed in many cases, but you stepped out of that, spoken in the same logical scientific way but some people won't listen ..who gives a **** ? Right?

What works for one person might not work for u, why knock sbout squeezing the muscle and lighten up the weight abit to get good contraction, seems like when I took that advice I am starting to put size on my stubborn arms

Matt, the best thing i ever did for my arms, is squeeze them at the point of contraction, use a weight like GOT said that you can get 10-12 reps out of, dont make it light because you still want that muscle working, but those biceps man, squeeze the shit out of then, and when you get to the top of the movement curl your wrist outward to get an even better contraction. Watch the way Dorin Yates used to train and how he trains his clients with his HIT program, squeeze and contraction has everything to do with it

Supinated wrist activates bicep. ^^ make sure you put pinky towards you and palm is up at top of your curl. You still need to do hammers to hit you brachialis as well tho.

Yes absolutely, Im not saying to only do those, hammer curls are awesome, as well as BB curls, curls with an overhand grip, whatever. The MAIN reason people have a hard time making their biceps grow, is using weight that is much to heavy, and not understanding the proper form needed to activate the muscle during the exercise. I see it ALL the time guys swinging weight around using more shoulder during the exercise than bicep, the shoulder should not move nor should the elbow, the weight needs to be pulled up with the bicep and squeezed at the top to achieve full range of motion. You also want to control the weight down as well and not just let it drop, use a nice controled negative and then power up, don't forget the negative, that plays a huge role in things.

Agreed. Swinging weight is only ok if you are goong past failure. As long as you are fighting the negative on the way down

I'm not advocating 'swinging' the weights uncontrollably but another function of the biceps besides supinating the wrist and balancing the action of the triceps is shoulder extension. The triceps and biceps actually stretch over two joints: the elbow and shoulder. This means that shoulder extension and movement is warranted for full ROM.

I personally think all forms of repetitions and techniques should be explored to see what increases somebody's strength and muscle mass the most. I personally find I get the biggest by combining low repetitions with heavy weight and pyramiding down in weight up to higher reps. Also I think the drugs some body uses has a lot to do with what training methods are the most effective for them.

Honestly though I do notice the biggest guys and best bodybuilders all use a shit load of weight. So their has to be a connection. I also notice a lot of top pro's do not have the best form when lifting. Me personally I try to concentrate more on technique and use lower weight and higher reps. I always hurt myself once I start going down to my 8 rep max. And I know that my joints cant handle that type of training for ever. I love training heavy but I honestly feel like I have gotten to the point to where my strength is high enough that the weight I can handle for 8 reps after a while will cause permanent joint damage or tear a ligament.

Lol I just read through this thread what the fuck. I looked at the thread a few days ago and it was just a normal thread. Honestly I think some healthy competition and joking around is good. But also at the same time I think people should have a little professionalism. I mean people need to just learn how to agree to disagree. Honestly at the end of the day the people who are really intelligent and know how to train and know about drug protocols know who they are and they really don't need to justify themselves to any body else with pictures or a argument unless they feel the need to.

Not every one on here want's to look like a real body builder. It takes a shit load of work and dieting and drug use. Basically if somebody enjoys cycling steroids and working out and want's to put their two cents in even if they don't know what they are talking about I personally don't care. If some body is giving out dangerous misleading information than I think it is a different story and they deserved to be fucked with a little to bring out the lies.

At the end of it all though not every one has perfect genetics or has the discipline or want to diet the right way. And realistically it just doesn't matter if they want to use steroids and train they have just as much right as the enhanced bodybuilder who knows everything. This forum realistically should be about sharing information and trying to help each other. Some times somebody has to be the bigger man and just not let another person get under their skin. We are all on steroids and probably a little edgy some times it is good to double think what you are posting before you post it. And this isn't directed towards anybody in general and I really mean that.

tren, dre... put an end to this babbling you two have between each other... im fucking serious.. im tired of hearing the both of you go at it..

dre.. your knowledgeable.. we all know that..

tren, i do agree that squeezing the muscle at the end of your positive motion and a slow negative helps muscle growth... but that's not the only way to grow...

im seriously fucking tired of you two bumping heads.. grow up, the both of you

Oh ya I knew you weren't advocating swinging, I was just putting my .02 in brother!! Some things ive learned over the years and what ive found works the best to help a guy out.

I have swung heavy weights up in the past so I can have heavy weight for a slow negative. I personally don't think swinging heavier weights than you can handle is such a bad thing for gaining strength. Either way, bodybuilders will lift different than powerlifters and vice versa.

ya good call, I think that at the end of a set swinging them up and controlling that negative for a couple reps to reach actual failure is a good thing, but doing a whole set like that is counterproductive and a good way to hurt yourself.

Why would anyone ever want to lift heavy or get big muscles and ruin their joints anyways? I mean really. Why can't you guys just love yourself for who you are.
