I'm not going to bash u, but rather guide u. Ok, just to throw it out there: Trenbolone (known as Tren) is the strongest AAS. Will bring out ones nicest physic, but, wit the good also comes what we dont enjoy much, the bad. In this case: papi, this steroid is the "daddy" of steroids. Has some sick results-like stated before-but has some serious side effects.
Dont worry too much on getting big. Instead, go to skool and do your shit... Come talk to us in 4-6 yrs (if We're still here-12/21/12) lol
 
all u need is creatine + protein and ur good to go. get ur diet in check u will gain man trust me at 18 u will grow fast. Tren is really harsh stay away from it

I really just want to get big and i have worked my tail off and dont seem to get anywhere fast. It feels like an endless battle...

But all of you are agianst it so i'll take your advice and just keep on going like i do now.. Sorry for wasting your time on this stupid subject, oh and im not being sarcastic...

If you will still be willing to help me to reach my goals must i make another thread or will u reply on this one?

Dude i know what you mean, i was a teen once gupping down mass gainer shakes,reading dozens of mags on "gain 30lbs in 30 days program" All that bullshit!

Stick of heavy compound exercises
EX: 5x5 on the bench press and dont do any cable flys. You must put on mass first by lifting heavy ass weight. Deadlifts,Squats, you know the BIG stuff not DB kickbacks. Save the isolation exercises for much later.

Here some of us will help but you have to put to show us your put half the effort in.

2 bananas with honey while cooking
3 egg and cheese sandwiches (6 whole eggs, 6 slices whole grain bread, few slices of cheddar)
bowl of cottage cheese
glass of orange juice and glass of whole milk

PWO Shake – 7:30am

Meal 2 – 8:00am
large glass of whole milk
Top Sirloin Steak
bowl full of fiesta potatoes
however many green beans (cooked in olive oil) it took to fill up the rest of the plate my steak was on

(Pre nap ) Meal 3 – 10:30am
2 turkey burgers (homemade – my wife makes em real good)
big ass cobb salad – I make my own dressing and skip the bacon
2 mango's

Meal 4 – 12:30pm
2 bowls full of mac and cheese:
whole wheat pasta
gorgonzola cheese sauce
ground sirloin
spinach

Meal 5 – 2:30pm
Whole turkey leg and some breast
bowl of potato salad (mayo is nasty – I use some whole grain mustard to hold it together instead)
bowl of fruit salad

Meal 6 – 4:30pm
2 bison burgers with 2 over easy eggs on each
Sweet Potato Fries

lol good luck trying. Cooking is a bitch, but during the off season the wife and I head back to our home in Arizona - the weather here is so nice this time of year that I love going out back and grilling.

During the season I tend to leave 2 slow cookers a night - one with beef and one with chicken. It makes things really easy. Just have to portion it out in the morning.

As for the BF% - I have no idea. I don't get it measured often since I'm only concerned about getting heavier (doesn't matter where that weight comes from for me at this point). I'm definitely not lean though.

Anyways, the real point is that you need to eat like a bear to get as big and strong as possible.

I weigh 81kg or about 179 lbs. Dont know BF % but i would like to be a little leaner than i am now. at the moment i am lean-ish but not good enough for me.

1.82m tall or about 5'11" i think that is.

In the last 9 months, from which i started to lift more seriously and eating more of the right stuff, i gained 7 cm on my arms. they are now at 40cm while i still got leaner.

My eating program at the moment is:

Meal 1
2 whole eggs + 2 egg whites
Big bowl of oats with raisins
1 banana

Meal 2(at school)
300ml low fat/skim milk
1 apple or banana
1 tablespoon of peanut butter

Meal 3(lunch)
+- 300g steak without fat/chicken breasts/fish
1.5 cups of basmati rice/1 potato/1 sweet potato
2 cups of mixed vegetables

Meal 4(PW)
300ml low fat/skim milk
1 apple or banana
1 tablespoon of peanut butter
45 minutes before gym and post WO:
Evox 5XL muscle meal + SSN's CGT-BCAA

Meal 5
+- 300g Steak without fat/chicken breasts
1.5 cups of basmati rice
2 cups of mixed vegetables

Meal 6(dont always get this in)
100% whey just before bed
1 Banana

Drop the egg whites and keep them whole. The fat is good for you.

This isn't a meal unless you're an anorexic school girl. You need more food there. Try adding something calorie dense like a steak/bean/cheese/whole grain tortilla burrito. Skim milk is also for girls.

Again....how are you calling this a MEAL? It's like 300 calories tops....and 200 of those comes from the PB.

This is garbage anyways pre-bed. Whey doesn't stay with you for long. It's best used PW only imo. Save some steak from earlier in the day - your body will be digesting it all night and well into the morning.
