This. Wanna see my secret to packing on insane amounts of muscle? Here it is:
Meal 1 – 5:15am
2 bananas with honey while cooking
3 egg and cheese sandwiches (6 whole eggs, 6 slices whole grain bread, few slices of cheddar)
bowl of cottage cheese
glass of orange juice and glass of whole milk
PWO Shake – 7:30am
Meal 2 – 8:00am
large glass of whole milk
Top Sirloin Steak
bowl full of fiesta potatoes
however many green beans (cooked in olive oil) it took to fill up the rest of the plate my steak was on
(Pre nap ) Meal 3 – 10:30am
2 turkey burgers (homemade – my wife makes em real good)
big ass cobb salad – I make my own dressing and skip the bacon
2 mango's
Meal 4 – 12:30pm
2 bowls full of mac and cheese:
whole wheat pasta
gorgonzola cheese sauce
ground sirloin
spinach
Meal 5 – 2:30pm
Whole turkey leg and some breast
bowl of potato salad (mayo is nasty – I use some whole grain mustard to hold it together instead)
bowl of fruit salad
Meal 6 – 4:30pm
2 bison burgers with 2 over easy eggs on each
Sweet Potato Fries
Meal 7 – 6:30pm
spanikopita
half a roasted chicken
Meal 8 – 8:30pm
Ribeye Steak
whole milk
bowl of cottage cheese
few tablespoons of almond butter
Sleepy time around 9:30ish
That's somewhere between 8-10k calories, but I'm like 350lbs. Eat half that many calories and you'll blow up at your weight .
