trouble contacting innovativepeptides

had a package delivered that was torn open and empty. delivery service stated it was damaged and contained no contents. so of course i emailed inovative peptides. no answer for the past two days. anyone have a better way to contact them perhaps through this forum? thanks in advance!

well at one time i thought innovative research (now peptides) was a sponsor here. thats why i ordered from them. i havent been on the board much lately so maybe they are not a sponsor anymore or maybe im just completely wrong. but i appreciate all the helpful advice..... thanks.
