Trouble falling asleep....

I'm with this guy.

So stack vistaril and smoke....but cancel my plans for the weekend ahead of time? lol

Seriously though, glad I read this thread. Tren's side can hit me pretty hard and I looked up vistaril after reading this thread....looks like a good option.

There ya go listen to bigswole he knows what's up. Or a Lil herbs like Blakey said. I also am strongly against pain pills seen too many people wreck thier lives getting addicted to them. Honestly I'm so damn tired by the end of my days i can barely keep my eyes open. But when I get some booty before bed I sleep like a baby

Just gotta clarify. Pain pills aren't for sleep. Give me some Oxycodone and watch me goo like a speed freak. Anyway lets get off the pill subject. :)

I'm pretty old school. When I feel like I can't sleep, I just fall back on the widely used sleep aid known as sex. For those of you that this therapy doesn't work for, try a longer dose and satisfy the misses you selfish bastards...Keep in mind that oral application and/or hand massage can be effective as well.
For those of you without game, please google porn. You can browse many websites with visual aids to start the process alone. When you are ready, please invite "Hanna" over and let it do its job.

Good Luck

2 or 3 hours of intense cario does it for me as well:69:. sleep like a baby :)

I'm sorry if this was mentioned already.. I didn't read all the previous posts.

Sometimes, being tired (most associated with sleep apnea these days), can mean lack of oxygen and not lack of sleep.

I went thru this a while back.. I would yawn up to 10-15 times in just a few minutes, daily.

Long story short, I ended up getting prescribed an inhaler, called SYMBICORT, which is used to treat COPD and Asthma. Albuterol was garbage for me.. it did shit. I'm not really sure exactly what I have, but the SYMBICORT works great. I still get a little tired and yawn here n there, but it's a fraction of what it was.

Hope this helps.. good luck man.

Only when im low on my suboxone do I yawn like a sob, eyes water, stomach feels like it going to fall out my ass, and oh yeah restless leg syndrome kick my ass. Try sleeping with those symptoms. But those are withdrawal symptoms. Just a healthy reminder not to mess with opiods. Addiction is a bitch, takes all your money and time. Withdrawls are hell. Just MY 2 cents. ...

Gaba used to really work and then they took out the stuff that worked... like in the early 90s.
I get the leg issue when I train legs or do Deadlift s. Legs are so tired but activated at the same time.
It's almost like overtired legs.
Maybe Ur training like all hell and fury and this is happening?

Are u talking about GHB? It's suppose to inc REM sleep. Makes 2 hours of sleep feel like 9 and does your body and mind wonders.
It's suppose to be banned as calssified as a date rape drug though cause of idiot people, what a joke.
