Troubles with Pinnacle labs?

Hey guys, is anybody else having trouble getting ahold of Pinnacle? I am not asking for info, or site, or anything else. Iv been ordering from JB for a while, but cant seem to get in contact with him recently. Again, I am simply looking for a "yes, he is around, just hates you." or "no he is MIA.", not new contact info for him. Thanks for the help
