TRT and libido/ED questions

Ive been on for the past 4 years. I took a year or so off priot to that to have a kid and then probably another 8 years before that for the most part. I am in TRT but use the blast and cruise method due to the fact that I compete at the world class level in powerlifting.

Recently, I've had some issues. I wouldn't call them libido issues. i'd call them more ED or physiclal response issues.

So some issues i've noticed, some consistantly and some occasional. SOme depend on who i'm with and when i'm with them.

1. Hard to climax.
2. Trouble getting going
3. TRouble staying up

Last summer I was an animal, like everyday, no problems. Then as fall approached it started changing.

So I have considered adding some hcg. Maybe adding some masteron or proviron?

I'm going to go back to a cruise soon. AKA my TRT doses only.

Any ideas what could cause this? Or how to deal with it? It isn't a lack of test I assure you of that. Right now running test E, Test P and primo.

Are you managing your e2 with an ai? Just because your on a shitload of test doesn't mean you can pound nails all day with your lil hammer...

No, I haven't had any symptoms of high estrogen. I.E. bloating, HBP, gyno. I used to years ago have issues with estrogen which I would combat with aromasin. I weighed significantly more then and Wasn't near as lean.

Sounds like an estradiol and/or prolactin problem. Please post your most recent blood work.

One thing I can guerentee it isn't is prolactoin. I picked up some prami and it didn't really have any major affect on my libdo. It's interesting stuff though. It makes you naseated. It makes you super tired. IT makes you very interested in sex. It makes you require much less sleep. As in wake up way earlier without an alarm clock and be immediatly ready to attack the day.

I'm not running any Nor19's and haven't for a long time. When I did I ran NPP and didn't use prami or caber. All it did was make me last a little longer in bed.

So likely an E2 issue. Get blood work and see where it is at.

Pardon me, but you are experiencing symptoms that could be due to high estrogen. It does more than gyno and bloating.

That's good to know. Here's the deal. I can't get blood work while in blasting only whie on TRT only.

If it was E2. Can you suggest a mild approach, a test if you will that we could try to see if it helps?

Why can't you get blood work? Do you live in the United States?

Because if my test levels come back crazy elevated and or if anything else shows up wrong they cut my trt dose. My doctor knows what I do and made it clear that when the blood tests come due periodically to only be on the TRT dose and nothing else.

Unless I tried to get private testing done if that is possible but I nothing of that

I went to the sticky thread and then to the site recommended for blood tests. They will not do it if you live in NY

So you do live in the United States of America! You should avail yourself of private blood work. Drive to a neighboring state (not MA).
