Ok I am 35 and I weigh 235 at 6'3 how is this food plan
meal1/ 6 eggs wraped in whole weat low fat wraps three in total with hot sause
meal2/cup of oatmeal with two scoops of whey protein
work out
meal3 shake
meal4 two-three grilled chicken breasts or salmosn and greens and white knee beans
meal5 shake
all my shakes are made with 1% milk and two scoops =60 grams protein
and I drink a gallon of water per day
taking omega 3 and flax
Do you think I should add a meal 6
Doing cardio 5x week low heart rate at 135-140 for an hour
Just coming off a cycle of teste deca post cycle therapy (pct) is all lined up going to run provrion in the post cycle therapy (pct) as well as hgh at 3ius ed
