hey guys, I'm trying to drop my BF % I don't have an exact % of where I am. but I have a little belly/gut on my lower abdomen and slight love handles. I'm lean every where else and have upper abs I just have a little collection around that area.. It's strange, It isn't enough to be called "fat" but enough to make me want it gone lol I'm taking an educated guess that maybe I'm taking in more calories than I'm burning??

was looking for some tips to drop that fat off and slim it down while maintaining muscle mass and obtaining required foods.

I'm currently on test enan @ 400mg week alone.

I have a similar problem and like me most people probably view you as not having a problem but we know better. This all comes down to diet and increasing your cardio workout.

Skipping rope is one of the best cardio exercises I've found; something you can do anywhere. I just picked up a new skipping rope and plan to pick this up more frequently to work on this exact problem.

The diet part is the hard part. I need the extra calories to grow for weight lifting however by reducing this I don't seem to get enough to grow but with it I gain; a double edged sword for sure. I've also found with increased cardio I don't grow as much but at this point and time I'm willing to trade being more leaner the larger because when leaner you appear larger; if you have good muscle size.

Good luck to you.

On that dose of test you need an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) if you want to drop fat in my opinion. Otherwise you get excessive estrogen which leads to fat gain. Doesnt take much. Other than that its all in a clean diet.

interesting. I have a good diet. What Aromatase inhibitor (AI) would you recommend??? note im using clomid for PCT

I don't agree with that; not one bit. Intense cardio on an empty stomach means that you will be getting your fuel from other sources then intake calories; cannibalizing your muscle. Your not trying to lose muscle but burn fat and that can only come from proper diet and cardio exercise. And cardio exercise DOES require fuel and also requires afterwords to be replenished.

True intense cardio on empty stomach isn't good. Moderate cardio first thing in the morning empty stomach is good.

so, im confused.. I recognize that cardio is an important role in dropping body fat, I run a little over a mile every day before I hit the weights (on tread mill) I run at a medium paste little faster than jogging but not sprinting. then on my off day I run about 2 miles on pavement. how can I incorperate a more sophisticated and effective cardio plan into my regiment???

I completely disagree with this.

:)

As far as I'm concerned you can't take gear for ever so you had better figure out ways of battling stuff like this the good old fashion way so that it can serve you for a life time.

Diet and a good knowledge of your body comes with time,,,,you gotta understand AAS is not the magic drug that ends all...Try going into those sites that break down carbs and calories for your food,,,type in what you eat on a daily basis...go from there...Mild cardio on an empty stomach works fine but i would not do it myself as it does turn the body on itself....Good luck mate..Hit the gym...HARD

If you are currently doing cardio pre-weights, i would suggest switching that and running/jumpin rope (good call DLC; 10 minutes of jumping rope is the equivilant to 30 min of moderate running, caloric expenditure wise) after your weight training. studies have shown that by doing cardio after resistance training you burn more fat as fuel as if done prior to weight training. But probably need to alter the diet a little to; clean it up here, add this there, etc...

Increase your cardio workout, use clen along with caffine and just a clean real clean diet.

Forgot the rowing machine is a good one, and swimming.

thanks for all the input guys, I'll put a combination of yalls suggestions into work and see which one works best, I have been told before to jump rope, but I like to run more than anything USMC kind of instilled that in me haha. and also.. cardio after weight lifting?? I usually do it first to get my heart rate up.

thats what they say....cardio after weight training. i've personally notice a big diff. doing post as opposed to prior. and as lousy bastard said, swimming is awesome too, if you have access to a decent pool.
