trying to put on some lean muscle mass! test/deca or test/e-q

Whats going on guys, so im new to this new blog.. im 22yrs old, 5"11 160.. I started a high protein/carb diet, trying to get some lean tissue mass. I was on a cycle about a year ago which was test and deca in which I did see some muscle gain, I stopped cold turkey after the "supplier" I knew stopped selling gear... I want to start a new cycle of either test/deca or test and e-q.. which would show better results?

Im, 511 and before I touched gear I got to 90kg natural. Now im about 109kg after being on for a while


Fix your diet. IF after one cycle your still 160pounds you don't know how to eat

My brother if you want to get lean muscle is eazy is depend on your diet, you still to young for aas your diet is the key to see good result
 
Let us no more about you. How long have u been working out. What type of workouts do you do. Tell more about the diet, how much, how often what foods, macros? You really should try to gain some more mass natty. Steroids aren't Magic and you need to work hard and diet harder for years on end before ever doing them. You'd b better off resurching and learning your body for a couple more years.

How much knowledge of cycling do you have? AI's, PA, pcts?
 
At your age and size you don't need AAS. You need a grocery list...no offense. You have wayyyyy more room for natural growth at 5'11'' 160lbs. Seriously I don't mean to offend you but you don't even have to lift to be that size and fairly lean. FYI this is also posted in the wrong section.

Exactly....as I stated in your other thread which is the exact same thing....you need GROCERIES.
 
Ive been working out since high school, stopped for a while due to surgery (shoulder) then got bacl to it again for a period of time.. as of now, im doing crossfit.. my diet consits of fish, meat, rice and beans... peanut butter, bananas, low fat milk, protein shakes throughout the day and A LOT of water which is all I pretty much drink, I usually have a shake in the morning ( 2 EGGS, 4 SCOOPS OF PB, banana, strawberries and low fat milk) throughout the morning im eating nuts or almonds, during lunch I eat 2 sandwiches with a salad after, 2nd work shift usually just nuts, then before I workout I eat a banana then afyer the workout I eat some tuna, then get home and make fish or some steaks.. as of pcts, I did take clomid and nolvadex after I cycled the last time I was on it...
 
That sounds like the diet of someone who might be trying to cut, not someone trying to bulk. You definitely need to be eating more to grow.
 
You need to b eating at least 6 full meals a day. U may have to force urself to eat somtimes. Young ppl and ppl new to working out just don't understand how important diet and the amount of good you eat is. It's pretty simple if uv been stuck at a weight then it's bc ur only eating enough to support that weight and not more.
 
Ok, sounds like a reasonable answer... diet has always been part of my problem, never have really known how to balance out my eating throughout the day.. ive been reading alot on dieting and wat I have really seen is the high protein and high carb diet is the way to go wen it comes to gaining more muscle mass... ive cut out eating out ( in n out) lol so far its been a tought battle but I havent gave in... im buying chicken breast, fish and steaks at least 2wice a week now just to keep protein in my body

then eat more than a shitload. no such thing as not being able to put on weight, only people not eating enough. all the drugs in the world wont make you grow without food
 
A "SHIT LOAD" is not a diet. If you eat more calories than your body burns, you will gain weight. There is not one single human on earth for whom this is not true. Keep track of how many calories you eat for a week straight, and then eat 500 calories a day more than that. If you're not gaining weight after a couple weeks, up the calories again. I can promise you will gain weight if you actually have the discipline to do this.

Fast metabolism is not relevant. You just need to eat in excess of expenditure, while minding your macronutrients. Have your diet evaluated by a professional. Everyone thinks their diet is fine.
 
You really should start using a protein powder in your shakes...peanut butter and eggs don't have a lot of protein per say. Also, cottage cheese has a lot of protein. You need more protein.
