I started at over/underhand so am more used to that but have done alot of double overhand since then, just use straps when doing so cuz i can't hold onto as much weight when doing so. W/e u're used to.evansss said:for some reason when i learned how to do deadlifts, i was more comfortable with an overhand grip. ive tried the over/under thing like most people do but i just cant seem to get the hang of it. any thoughts on this?
