He said it seemed it was counter productive because the huge benefit of prop is that it does not add as much water weight as other esthers and A bombs add a grip of water, so in terms of lean gains, and maintainable gains, Adrol is not the way to go. I would think it'd be better off to run some Sustanon (sust) in place of the prop, but he's set in his study, so post up the results!
Also, how many cycles had you run prior to your Dbol only cycle? 30lbs is a TON, mostly water weight no doubt, but also if it was your first cycle, you'll always add more size on your first cycle than any other you'll run...at least in terms of most DRAMATIC improvement. Typically you wont gain 30lbs on any cycle...I feel its been a great success of a cycle if after post cycle therapy (pct) I hang onto 5 solid pounds!
