On my latest order - I've seen an extra conformation email sent out showing $ received and order is processing and in motion.

Every order has been 100% exceeding my expectations.

I've heard the same, that's why I placed an order with him. Unfortunately our order wasn't shipped correctly and we are now having some trouble getting a straight answer out of him. I'd really appreciate it if he would give us some info and make good on our order. It's been 7 weeks since the money was collected and I've yet to get the entire order. I'm getting a little frustrated now.

Without seeing the details I would just make sure - any mixup is very clear and easy to understand in your communication.

Remember you are seeing global communications - different time zones - different countries.

Whenever I see a mixup that isnt resolved right away - it always leads back to the communication process.

Once that's resoved orders are corrected as easy as 123.

In the end Z always takes care of his customers ... You'll be happy :)

you see tons of these threads about "Z being g2g" from guys with less than 10 posts

yea thats true but i dont care what anybody has to say about how many post....i know what your getting at and yea that usually does mean something, but ive been ordering from Z for almost a year now and just recently recieved my latest order and they all have been 100% legit. Z is g2g

He's not implying that Z may not be reliable, he's saying that these threads come up every freaking day when theres already ten of them up. Why start another when we all know he legit?

It's just that I placed an order, with plenty of cushion time, wanting to start last week and I'm not going to be able to start my cycle until at least a month after I wanted to. Plus, my guy who is corresponding from him keeps getting short, non-informative responses. Example, the day the package came in, we emailed him about the situation and his response was "I realize I made a mistake". That was all he said. The next email, we asked when it would be fixed, and he completely fails to acknowledge that he left out the majority of the order. He just says that he will get the rest of the test to us. What about the other $750 of gear that we ordered? When will that be sent?
 
This question might be "a given" ... did you give him a list of everything you received - and a list of everything that was missing?

If you have someone corresponding for you I'm just wondering if they are giving him the best information?

It just seems that any delays I've seen always leeds back to something in the communication.

I can understand though - I'd follow up with an email from yourself if your able ... Just check on the status and make sure Z has all the needed information.

We are very sorry about this situation we are always try to keep our customers happy. Lately we start working on improvment of our emails - responses but still sometimes shit happens and as I mentioned I'm really sorry.
We always try to solve every problem and keep you happy ALWAYS

My correspondent updated me this morning with some good news. He and Z have set everything straight and our order should be on the way soon. Thanks.
 
Listen guys, i'm not one to speak on a forum and make posts, but z goes above and beyond for his customers. I live by myself trying to support a child i find it so hard to come up with money, my order got seized i couldnt afford anymore, so z tells me half prize, still couldnt afford it due to life throwing me curve balls, then z sends it for free, the first break i have gotten in a while. He is a good guy , so what if he might not get back an email, he always does just have paitence he tries his best, no body would have gone and done that for me.he is a solid guy with solid products. i just want to let you guys to know in this community he is family , dont bash dont talk shit, remember bros, hes our uncle !
