Throughout the whole process I was more than willing to do whatever was necessary to get things right and spoke to them via e-mails. I asked for an order update and this is what I got, "wrong name, wrong sender" So I asked for clarification and they apparently changed receivers. This went on for over a month and in the confusion (and desperation) after my uncle made 4 errors - I also made one clerical error which they did not like at all. Without going into the details, they informed of my error (which I actually pointed out to them) and then they were very rude AND due to my mistake banned me as a customer! Some nerve. I am able and willing to work through their issues however, the courtesy was not reciprocated. I will now try NAPS, my cycle is now 8 weeks delayed, I am really annoyed at the way these guys communicated and reacted, quite frankly some of their responses were non sensical & moronic and told me nothing - not what a "customer" wants to hear when there is an error with your pending order. I am injured and my cycle is for repair purposes, so now I need to start the whole process over. This was my experience.

I'm very surprised to hear this - I've gotten to know Z as a customer and I'll tell you he is someone who cares very much about all of his customers.

I have yet to see someone who is as active as Z is on the forums - as he publicly asks for honest feedback from current and potential customers.

So if this is your honest experience - he'll want to know it so he can fix the problem.

I do all my business with Z and post my feedback - so it does bother me to see any issues like this...

I can say one thing I do know for sure - and that is Z absolutely does not want any unhappy customers!

I understand why you could have the receiver changed as it happen to me one time - it's really out of Z's hands - he could explain it better than I can - but it's very odd to have it happen this many times.

Well see if he chimes in on the issue?
 
repo all your posts are about z and his service. maybe you should change your name to rep z. or i rep z. its so odd to see a member post so much about one source. makes a person wonder. i dont know maybe its me. just kinda weird. just my 02. cents

No no - not all of my post are about Z ... not a rep and I don't have any links going back to Z's site ... "I wouldn't want to be a rep?"

I make a "VERY" good living at what I do - thank you though ... "but sorry."

However - Z has been very cool to me - and sometimes I think I bother him too much with all my questions - but either way I do appreciate his help - very much!

I have heard good stuff about Naps - but have never tried their products - if I did and was just as please - you could bet I would post just as many comments about them too - for sure.

There's enough guys around here who share their wisdom about running gear - I do sometimes - but there are plenty of guys here that take care of that.

What I "don't" see - are a lot of honest reviews on product lines - which I think is VERY important - other than this thread which includes Naps - I very rarely visit a Naps threads - but I would hope they have members posting their reviews as well.

You see - before I found Ology - I had one vial of test and no resource - I was pretty much SCREWED (to say the least) - as I don't go to a gym - nor do I know anyone locally other than myself who works out.

Having said that - you can bet finding Z REALLY means a lot to me - BIG TIME - and the best thing I can do with my free time at Ology - is help out anyone who was in the same situation as me.

One thing the members here can count on - is everything I post about Z is 100% honest and exact based on my personal experience - be it good or bad - you'll ALWAYS get the truth.

I do appreciate your .02 cents hardpr - for what it's worth I also recommend RUI - I love their pins TERUMO (the best) - their prami and aromasin - to name a few - are also great. :)

I for one appreciate your feedback. I have experienced superior service with the z-line & even better with rui. My issue with Naps is probably once in a blue moon ordeal. However first impressions mean alot & I submitted a ticket long ago. I have showned the patience of a comatose victim without ever voicing a peep.
Again I appreciate everyones experiences with their transactions so I can make an informed decision on my own account.

People we change receiver name in shop once a week !
We pay for this people and we don't see them anymore !

If after 3 weeks you sent us payment we won't accept it !

Another thing

Remember Polish names and surnames are strange you have to admit it so

DOUBLE CHECK WHAT YOU WROTE DOWN ON A PIECE OF PAPER WHEN YOU GO TO WU

and

DOUBLE CHECK WHAT WU AGENT WROTE !!!!

Many times THEY make mistakes even in SENDER names !!!!!!!

I can't be responsible for it sorry - to avoid it just check it it will cost you only 10 sec !!!!!!!!!!!

Sorry but I can't accept someone who do thing like that. We all know what kind of bizz it is. Most of you know about big bust in Poland. I NEED TO STAY SAFE - for yours and my good !

Such a info can't be on WU or Moneygram payments and when I saw it I was so pissssssssssed !

So balkan sorry go do such a things elsewhere tehres so many sources up there risk they safety and their customers not mine !

Now this makes sense - as to how a receiver has to be changed...

Whenever an order is generated and you wait past a week to fulfill the payment - it sounds like you'll have to update your order for a new receiver.

If that's how I'm understanding it.

@ harder - I have some bd's - now you have me thinking - do I like those more now?

that was a stupid thing to put on wu receipt. As for the bust i saw that and they had a lot of z line international gear?

They had a lot gear from Yelfa..
but mine was there as well - how don't know but some time ago I even seen it on polish board - someone was aking about what it is ect.

hey bros whats up long story short i just moved back to ny since i was living in ecuador for a while.......well im back in the gym and dont know where the fuck to get my gear from and my last resort is now order from the net just that im scared to get into trouble by the law,...... but ive read about these two domestic places.... oscaro and uncle z are these places legist and secure to order from??? please help a brotha out thanks
 
I ordered a little over a month from Naps, and haven't received yet. =/ O tho I would have hopped to get sooner, im still confident my package will arrive any day now. Hopefully soon, cause i ran out of test (a vial i got).

2nd order. Received my 1st a little under a month
