Ok! To start with, I would like to present myself in most positive way. So I'm 17, from Bulgaria /Sofia/, I'm a person totally devoid of free time due to all the crap I'm dealing with right now... /music, guitars, school and so on.../ So a week ago I realized that I should definitely work out a little /maybe not that little :) /. The thing that f*ck*d me up the most was actually that my exGF told me that if I looked better she would have stayed with me :(Another motivation for me to start ‘that new beginning’ is to quit smoking finally…
I need maximum results in a minimum time /I know that this is not possible… but anyways I want to do the best for me/. I’m 170cm/56 kg :D! Some diet recommendations maybe? Some supplements? Training programs… Anything! I'm so LAME that's why I need your help :)
