Upper Chest

My upper chest is lacking, and my inner chest is slighty. I'm mostly concerned with my upper chest. Is there anything you guy reccommend doing for getting it to catch up quicker? Right now i am doing inclined hammer grip dumbbells in my routine opposed from flat.

DB inclines with a low angle.

Make them your first exercise.
definitely do it first. any muscle i feel is underdeveloped i hit 1st for max effort and max weight in target area. youll catch up. stay with incline and really squeeze muscle at top.

Yeah, go with incline presses for the clavicular portion of the chest muscles and if you feel the sternal portion is lacking (you mentioned something about that), try incorporating decline presses as well. This decreases the amount of shoulder flexion you use, thus you're able to focus more on the pec muscles themselves.

Alright, i'll just put the incline bench on the lowest setting it has, its at like a 45 degree i think. And ill do it first. Thanks dawgs
I put it on #2 on the benches at my gym

45 incline is great if you want to hit your front delts.....lowest setting possible..works best
decline bench ius a worthless excersise
great for taxing your elbows...and overdeveloping the man tits :)

What do you mean overdeveloping the man tits? You mean give the pecs that slab-like hanging look that most bodybuilders strive for?

I feel its a worhtless excercise.....incline and flat is good enough
Why want a sagging chest

Alright the blue bench is about the angle of the one i use now. My gym doesnt have a flat dumbbell bench that adjust, they all start already inclines like this blue bench. I will look to see if they do, but i dont think so. If i find one, are u saying it should look like the black bench? If i cant find one, i think im just gonna do incline barball bench as my 1st excercise, and hammer grip flat bench as my 2nd.

Yeah your not hitting much chest with the angle that blue bench is at.

Your gym doesn't have any benches that go from 90 degree to flat? If you find one 2nd notch is good.
I didn't know you knew where the training forum was...

volume sucks rocco!most people will not grow from high volume period.get that volume shit outa your head!low volume high intensity.meaning heavy as hell with low set/reps.2 heavy worksets of 3-5 will do it nicely.use as many warm ups as needed.
