Honestly think he doesnt eat enough and forsure doesnt train hard enough. Tren will blow you the fuck up when theres enough calories and hard ass work

I think he probably eats ok, but I have some doubts about the training aspect. Was just curious and just maybe he'd take some constructive criticism on his training. Just thought I'd ask, it couldn't hurt
 
You just gotta make sure you're eating in a surplus. 500-1000 calories over. The less calories, the leaner the results, but they may be slower.
 
I feel good at 227lbs just wanna proceed in bulking over the fall and winter months pretty much everything is set protein and fat wise now just gotta guage how much weight i am putting weekly add or subtract carb intake

I really like this idea. I think that this could be constructive and really help. That, and KNOWING your cals would help.

That image was in no way 1k cals bud, I think you should use a tracker for awhile to see really what you're eating. It will help ENORMOUSLY in both bulking and cutting.

Okay how do u figure
Not trying to argue but here it is

7oz chicken breast
5.5oz sirloin steak
1 1/2 cups pasta weighed cooked or 85g pasta dry
1 cup cottage cheese
Close to 1000 cals bro
And reason being i eat like this cause i can suck down a wack of food at once so i fast for 16 hours then have a 8 hour window to eat

Only been training for alittle more then 4 years
Now this is the first year i havent bulked then choped ect ect
Even in the summer i held 220lbs or so but i am now just going to continue bulking after maintianing this weight to see where it gets me up too
Wanna push around 250-260 before i end up cutting
I personally love deca never run it this long to find out the true gains u can get from it but also it doesnt fuck with your mind like tren
I loved tren but little things would bother me and i dont get that off of deca so wondering if going from 6 to 800 would do me any justice
Tren wouldnt be so good in my current job bouncing

I see a huge issue here... How can you bulk well fasting for 16 hours? The issue is this - even if you eat a "whack" of food for your last meal of the day there is no way for your body to just store those extra aminos away for later, once that last protein is digested that's it. I thought the whole point is to eat every 2-3 hours not only to increase metabolism and feed efficiency but too keep a steady flow of amino acids into our muscles.

You should probably find a way to at least chow a couple protein bars in said 16 hour window.

U dont know how to bulk properly as u are a pl and look likr one too with tons of body fat on ya
Never once cut in your life and just eat like a fat person taking tren and lift
