upping deca dose any advantages?

Thread after thread about diet and aas dosages. Not one about training tips. Sets reps rest periods, Adding intensity or ways to hit different muscle groups.
If gains aren't coming. My gear is bunk or I need to up the dosage blah blah blah *rant over*
 
I've been wondering the same thing... I'm not seeing a pound of meat so either you're not weighing right or it's a weird photo/angle.

Isn't it a little redundant to eat a pound of meat at once too? Doesn't seem like the body can utilize that much protein in one serving.

Well i weigh my meat raw like it should be weighed and pasta cooked
So pasta is 85g dry about 1 1/2 cups pasta cooked there and equals 310 cals right there
Its simple math

Pasta 85g dry= 310 kcsls
1 cup cottage cheese=200kcals
Plus 7oz chicken breast and 5.5oz sirloin steak
So u tell me its not close to 1000kcals right there?

Anyway, I never said you were making shit up about your meal, I was just agreeing that it didn't look like a pound of meat, so if you're positive it must be the the camera angle.

I do notice one thing with what these guys are saying though, and reading some of your old threads from years back. It seems like you run a shit load of gear, so in theory I would also expect you to be bigger - and honestly I'm not trying to be a prick, I'm know I'm still the noob here but something doesn't seem right. You run grams and then cruise then grams again... Do you monitor your blood work?

So all in all, if you claim your diet is perfect (which fasting for 16 hours isn't) and you're on a gram of gear then training must be lacking or you have odd genetics.

The pictures you post are not very relative to body building, it's a lot of goofy selfies like this is Facebook or something. I see no normal body building poses showing your actual physique, and before you get all GI joe on me I'm not saying I'm something special either, I have much work to do as well.

What's your routine like and do you alternate shit or have you been doing the same routine for a few years now?

Something else bothers me... The last thread we spoke you said you were upset about your daughter, I advised you to file for rights to see her and get off the cycle. That was a few months ago.... So why are you still on a gram of gear? Did you even apply for your rights to see her?

You look the same every year what bulk? Bulk is outting on muscle you plateud a long time ago. Powerlifters dont do lat pulldowns? Lmao you only see what i want you to see i eat all the basic neccesities and then some. You look really bad seriously. 1 gram tren? For the last 6 months ive used it a total of 10 weeks spread out before comp im on 100 mg eod for 3 weeks more and im done. You say all this shit about how fat i am well lets let the crowd decide but your to shy to post pics without "illusion"
 
But thank god its friday tomorrow as i am going to have my cheat meal with the girl tomorrow and chow down on a box of pizza myself and gonna feel all bloated like 49er everyday and gonna love every single bite too :)

So just to appease you I'm 5'11, around 240 right now with body fat sitting a little high.

I'm attaching 2 photos.... photo 1 is in March of this year, no training for 2 years prior to photo obviously as you can see, before that I was never a body builder and never tried to be big. But I was always lean years back because of the military and very fit. So before photo was after my drug binges and such, struggling with life, etc. Photo 2 was taken in July so about 4 months of body builder style lifting (for hypertrophy) and 3 of them months were with my TRT dose, took a bit to figure out I had low T. I need to take another photo as I think I've grown more but either way body fat is still the same.

Mind you I have never cycled either, so I'm happy with my progress so far.

Seriously though it's got to be the gear if you think about it

I dont know man i at one point was having some hard times had no gym membership worked out on 50mg eod tren and looked way better than he does. Even if his gear is 50% pure all the tren would add up to a decent dose. His training sucks balls. Anybody can look good on tren if they at least work hard.

But I was always lean years back because of the military and very fit. Point being in 3 months on TRT I changed more then you have in a year... and that's with your crazy ass cycles. Yes you could be a little leaner then me but not by much, you're by no means ripped good sir. I've never ran a cycle, barely ever lifted - I did endurance training and was super skinny in my army days. You've been on cycle forever and not anything has changed according to your pics.

You are correct that my diet needs some changes and I'm working on cutting for a bit before I need do my first ever cycle.

You can put me down all you want and use your goofy lingo but if I were you I wouldn't be so cocky... being humble is best, especially with all the gear your using for such little change... so in all wtf is the point of being on a gram of gear? You can't stand behind your AVI forever, you just happened to get photogenic in one pic.... all the other pics you post don't look remotely close to your AVI.

I do request to see your double back bi pose photo tho.... not your facebook photos or one AVI photo you swear by.
