Urgent HELP - first week of my first cycle

Hello Steroid gurus and experienced users, as the title suggests i'm having possible very serious trouble with my FIRST cycle.

Stats:
6'0"
190 lbs
12% bf
26 years old
Training for 4-5 years on & off for injuries and accidents
Cycle experience = 0

Reason for cycle:
1- help with elbow tendinosis and mild knee arthristis (already feeling difference after 2nd administration)
2- Lean gains

Current Cycle:
1st week into
Week 1-3: 50mg test p eod
100mg test e eod
150mg eq
Week 4-12: 150mg test e x2/wk
200mg eq x2/wk

Cycle support: letro 0.25mg ed
Prami 0.25+ mg ed
note: preexisiting pubertal gyno, so i started letro & prami 2 weeks before cycle to stabilize and gyno under control. Even though none of these compounds exacerbates prolactin issues, my bouts with nolva earlier indicate that my gyno might have its roots in prolactin also.

PROBLEM: right after second injection and up till now (2 days) I have been experiencing symptoms that i havent been made aware off from all internet research i've done for the past 6 months
1- heavy chest distress and short breath
2- heart palpitations (feeling the heart muscle pound vigorously in my rib cage)
3- light headedness and dizziness
4- waking up with numb hands and legs (typical prami side effect but left hand is alarming for cardiovascular reasons)
5- constant feeling of tension or maybe anxiety and shakiness
6- resting heart rate climbs to the 90s inexplicably
Whats strange is that i tested blood pressure and oxygen levels a dozen times in the past two days and the readings where perfectly fine.
Also went to primary care today and took an EKG and heart was fine (inconclusive but reassuring) and my RBC is within normal range (hardly surprising because 2 injections in 3 days cant possibly raise it significantly).
So basically i have all the symptoms of stroke but preliminary tests are ok.
So i got a referral to a cardiologist, appointmet in less than a week.

QUESTION:
Am I experiencing normal side effects?! Or is this a life threatning situation?
If it's not a big deal then should i take my injection tonight until i see the heart specialist? Or i might become the 26 yo chump who died taking the steroidz?
Also, what if it takes a couple weeks to professionalyy verify that my heart is fine... By the i must start thinking about PCT given I'm no where near saturation?

Thanks in advace for your help!!
p.s. Didnt post diet because its probably irrelevant, apart from that I am well hydrated and reducing sodium intake for blood pressure.

Also strangely all these symptoms arise when i'm restig, more even while I'm lying down.
During workouts Im perfectly fine

You need bloodwork. These symptoms could be from anxeity, high e2, low e2, reaction to the prami, high heamatocrit or hypertension. Kinda hard to say. My bet would be on either anxeity or high heamatocrit... EQ is well known for increasing RBC production.

for now I'd say drop the prami, you don't need it. Gyno is not caused by prolactin. The only time you need a DA is if your nipples are lactating milk or bloodwork verifies high prolactin. A lot of people react badly to prami at first too.

Also I don't know why you think a test cycle is going to help your joint problems? If anything it will probably exasperate them. Be careful with your lifts.

Thanks bro
I read now less common sides of prami, and they indeed include dizziness and respiratory distress. But these symptoms got really bad immediately after my injection two days ago..
Seemed like what you'd expect from IV injection, except that i aspirated and only saw a drop of blood after removing the needle. In any case these sides as i heard should be for a couple hours only

Aside from the sides you're experiencing we need to address your dosing it looks like after you drop the Test P you'll be taking 300mg/week? That's a high trt dose and too low fir a blast IMO. You should be running it around 500mg/wk. I also don't support your decision to run EQ in your first cycle fir a couple reasons,
1.) you need to know how your body reacts to each substance, case in point, you really have no idea which compound is causing these sides.
2.) EQ doesn't shine at 12 weeks, you MAY see some results from 12 weeks but not enough to drop $$ on it, 15 weeks I think would be good but 12 is iffy.
As previously mentioned drop the Prami. I honestly think it's anxiety(maybe placebo effect) I just don't see serious sides kicking in 3 days into cycle, short ester or not.

I sure hope its placebo... Then i might be able to go theough this cycle successfully!
If all goes well i'll make it 14 weeks

EQ was the main reason i started this cycle, for claimed tendon healing effects

150mg x2/week should put me according to my calculations at ~2100 ng/dl serum testosterone level. Which is twice the maximum natty level, and four times my lousy 470ng/dl level.
Again the whole purpose being to have a base for the eq

500mg /wk should leave me at a steady ~3800.. Isnt that too high for a newb

i've never ran eq but have heard that a common side effect is anxiety. i've seen other threads with people having the same symptoms on eq.

Drop the prami and see how you feel.
When I upped my dose to 1mg I had a night where it felt like someone was sitting on me... Couldn't breath. Right when I'd go to fall asleep I'd wake up in a panic attack..
Lowered prami back to .5 and felt fine again...
Of course get bloods though

Unless your gear is prescription, then you really have no clue what your injecting and putting in your body,, just some chems some dude mixed up in his basement. It's a wonder we don't hear more stories like this

Here's a similar experience, but from different compounds. Back in October of last year I tried T3 from a board sponsor. I did it at very moderate doses, I ramped it up slowly, and down slowly. I ended it, because I was having palpitations. Both in a fluttering sense and elevated resting heart rate, pounding when I went to sleep, etc. The symptoms seemed to subside once I was off.

I then tried some Clenbuterol (I wanted to lean up a bit more) from the same board sponsor, and got Ketotifen with it. It was recommended to take 1mg of the ketotifen at bed time. Mind you my clen dose never went above 60mcg. Again, I started slow, and ramped up slow. The first night I took the Ketotifen, within 10 minutes of laying down for bed, I felt my heart picking up speed and pounding harder, then faster, then harder, then faster, then harder. At this point I'm concerned. I have a blood pressure checking machine at the house, so I check myself. I'm over 150, about 90 something on the bottom and my heart rate is 115 at complete rest. It was at this point that I panicked, and called 911. Paramedics were sent out, by the time they were there, everything was normal again. BP, and heart rate.

After that. I ramped down the clenbuterol slowly over the course of a week and a half, and I did not take anymore Ketotifen. After that random bouts of heart speeding up to around 100bpm +/- a few beats at times, blood pressure being higher than normal, and having really bad episodes where pressure would rise, hands would shake, and I would be short of breath. I would also turn red at times, and get hot while this happened. I couldn't take a pre-workout drink anymore even if it didn't have caffeine, just having some Citrulline Malate with Beta-Alanine drove me over the edge. On a couple occasions I arrived at the gym after drinking my normal mix and my heart rate would sky rocket, so would BP, and my hands would shake, I was dizzy, etc.,I went and got an EKG, nothing. I got an Echo, everything checked out. Yet I know my resting heart rate used to be between 67-72bpm, and my BP normal is 104-110 on top, and 69-72 on the bottom. The next step for me is to wear an event monitor and trigger the recording device when I feel episodes.

Over the last month all of a sudden my heart rate has dropped back to normal range, and so has my blood pressure. I haven't had an episode it a while now. The only thing I notice now is after working out even an hour afterwards my heart rate never quite drops all the way down to my normal range. It sticks around 76-82 the rest of the evening, with only slightly elevated pressure, maybe 115/74.

Looking back over everything, my episodes were really, but the frequency and severity at times was due to anxiety. The, oh no here it goes again feeling. It still seems like it all started with T3, but the Ketotifen that one night through everything into gear for some reason. I haven't tried taking a pre-workout, as it's only been a few weeks of near normal heart rate and blood pressure. I have tried caffeine earlier in the day, and I barely see my heart rate or bp rise. If I have some right before I workout, I notice my heart rate elevated to about 78, and my bp slightly higher as well. Now, do I have a different reaction to caffeine at 4-5 in the afternoon vs. 10am in the morning? Well, it's either that, or because I came to the gym and had episodes after consuming something a few times, I could have an anxious reaction happening. If it is, it's a lot better than it used to be, so I continue to try and train my head, that everything is Ok.

I guess my point besides sharing is you may have reactions to things that it seems no one else in the world has. Like me ZMA makes me tired and groggy throughout the entire next day. I don't know a person I've talked to that has that reaction.

Alright so i hope i figured out whats the problem, thanks to your invaluable advice!!

I noticed that I was hyperventilating last night, so I started to breath less, keeping in more CO2.
In an hour most of my symptoms subsided.
Then I took my 3rd injection, and every thing was good.
Later before bed I took 0.2mg prami instead of 0.3mg to taper down.. I had less sides as far as numbness goes, but within an hour I more or less couldnt breath like it was an asthma attack!! So prami was the cause for the chest distress which lead to hyperventilation (also during sleep) which lead to the classic symptoms of hyperventilation according to webmd; anxiety, light headedness, chest pressure, racing and pounding heart...

So thanks pricedianabol for suggesting anxiety and dismissing the serious sides .. Great advice
And waceyf for suggesting that prami is whats fking me up

The letro+prami is because this is the only way i dont feel very sore in my nipples.. I tried BEFORE even being on gear and exemestane made me even more sore for some reason
I think I'm over sensitive to estro/prl i had to take drastic measures.. But I am worried about joints because judjung by my training history they aren't very hard to injure

Don't try and calculate where you're putting your levels. Especially with ugl. If you're running the test low just to have the base for the EQ there is nothing wrong with that but don't use this calculation method on future cycles. If you want to run a cruise dose of test and run high dose of EQ, tren or whatever then do just that or if you wanna blast test along with other compounds do that, but don't try and calculate where you're putting your levels. I'm not sure why you're pinning the test E EOD either, it won't hurt anything but you could cut that down to Sun/Thu pins. My $.02
