Used Clen, want to go on HGH. Opinions/help?

Hi all,

I'm new to this and all.. so any helpful suggestions would be nice! :)

I have been on clen for almost 6 months now and of cos I have been training. So my shoulders and muscles are boarder and also bigger than before. But I'm not really leaning down as much as I hope and I even gained weight if that is possible. Haha.

So I wanna try GH to help me tone up and such. I'm 24 and my bf is also using hgh and other subs. So he also guides me along and such for he owns a gym and his friends all mostly bodybuilders BUT all are guys...

So I wanna know what are the opinions from the females! :)

The guys suggest I go on 2 iu daily and try it for 6 months.

I hope u don't mean u have been on Clen for 6 months straight, & u understand how to do a clen cycle.

If you have gained weight this tells me your diet/training are off. Losing weight is really 80 % diet.

HGH has many benefits, but u have to commit to long term use to see results, most women do well with 1-2 iu's.
But remember if your diet is not dialed in u won't see results.

Also want to add that so much hgh out there today is fake. It's getting harder and harder to come by real hgh.

In addition, you're 24. That's very young to be starting hgh.

Yes, please tell me you haven't been on clen for 6 straight months. That's so, so dangerous. At your age especially, you should be able to diet and train and get exactly the results you desire without all the other supplementation.
 
Agree with the Mrs. P and Mt. Momma re: being on Clen for that long. Not only is being on Clen for that long dangerous - but after about 2 weeks it doesnt yeild any results for weight loss... also when you say you gained weight - did you gain fat or muscle - you said you've been training and your upper body has gotten bigger so maybe the extra weight is just some muscle weight - have you checked your body fat? As for slimming down, I agree with Mrs. P, are you sure your diets on point? You may want to look there to see why your not loosing/sliming down.

Hi Mrs P! Thanks for your reply! Haha. Def not on clen for 6 months! I'm 2 weeks on & off. It makes me so moody too. So I'm looking for smth to switch with.
Yeah I'm thinking of trying to start with 1 IU see how it goes... I know it takes awhile to react so will try it for 6 mnths. Cos I may hv a my wedding in a year time or so. Wanna look good you know! Hahah.
May say I look boarder and all and yea i thot it was muscles and but some say I look fatter which sucks. I think it's due to my water retention. How do you reduce it? :)

I'm new too. I want to go on GH too, but am afraid to bite the bullet because of all the fakes out there. I'm trying to read all I can to try to find a supplier that's reputable. Looks like the suppliers want cash up front, and then they send you whatever they send you. I'm going to keep reading to try to find more info. Any suggestions what to read?

I've also read to start with 1, working up to 2. That's my plan.

Oh, and as for the water retention - your diet is usally responsible for that..... Broccoli often causes bloating. You may need to up your water intake to help. And as for HGH, if your already having water retention issues you may want to wait till you get that under control as HGH can cause water retention/bloating for some people.
 
Have you guys been tested ok to use HGH? Because remember with muscle growth, theres also cell growth. If cancer or other ailments are in your genetics youre just speeding up your death bed. Why dont you start small and work your way up slowly and see what works for you!

That is very true - I dont use HGH anymore cause of that - I prefer peptides.
 
Yeah honey!! I always say whats the point of a great body if you cant even enjoy it? I have taken Anavar before and even though gains are slower then other stuff i still think its hundred and ten times more worth it!!! Quality of life :) but ofcourse we are all here to help each other out no matter what substances we abuse ;)

Water retention is caused mainly by not drinking enough water & part your diet.
Your body will retain the existing water u have to reuse, so if you don't drink enough it will cause the "bloatness" u see.

Also diet, make sure your diet is not high in sodium.

You are really young, I think with a good diet/training u can achieve your goals with no problem.

Oh yeah i do diet. It mainly consist of broccoli and chicken breast. Yup.

Post your diet if u like so we can critique it.
& include your stats (don't remember if u posted them already)
You need to have a balanced diet (protein/carbs & good fats)

Are u doing Keto right now ? Because if all your eating is chicken & broccoli you really need to work on your diet..
In order to lose weight u have to eat enough, if u don't eat enough u won't maintain your metabolism, eventhough losing weight comes down to calories in vs calories out, u still have to make sure you are eating enough :)
 
So sad that it costs a fortune. You'd think they could make it cheaper. (I'm sure they can, it's just the big pharm thing.) I have an appt for my annual check-up with my doctor. I could ask her about it. I'm plannin to go in with a list of reasons I should have my blood tested.
