1-16 weeks 600mg of Test E
1-15 weeks 600 mg of Test E

I'm in week 11 of my cycle and I'm thinking of incorporating the p90x workout in the morning and doing my 5 day split of the 5x5 routine in the gym. Do you think this will cause me to overtrain?

what are you running? but i doubt doing that will cause it. its alot of cardioweight tranning is it not

I haven't opened it yet so I don't really know, but you do need dumbells to do some of the exrcises so it does incorporate some weights.

you'll like that cycle. the eq will take some time to start up. you should be fine to work out morning and evening just keep the split going work a diffrent body part each time. if you start to feel really draged down and sick that is a sign over over trainning. you'll need time off. just make sur eto feed the muscle before and after each work out and get lots of rest.

Thanks Cyto; Is that your current cycle? That's a shitload of gear. How's it treating you?

By the way, I was thinking of doing a 2month cycle of Clen and an ECA stack after my PCT while I'm on the p90x

yeah that,s what i'm on right now. as for your other question i dont know enough to give out advice on that stuff. ECA i know but not clen. i would think do one or the other.

the high intensity of p90x will definitely be a step up to what you were doing for cardio. it isn't a great training program, but it does use the idea of constantly varied movements to keep the intensity high, which is great all the way around. great way to strip body fat, great way to increase VE, and should give some nice changes in your training. i'd guess that it'll probably help you out with your stuff in the weight room as well. if you decide you like the combination, let me know, i'll set you up with some CrossFit workouts. p90x is kind of a CrossFit rip-off. it has it's benefits, but CrossFit is complete fitness.

OP- in my experience your body fat is a *little* too high for cycling purposes. I find that anything over 12% and I am quite suceptable to estrogenic sides as i have way more binding sites.
