Im 33 5'7 and 210 lbs and prob around 24% bf. Im down from 260 and have been hitting the gym for a little while. I know this isnt the best timing at all but after the break up i had i wanna kickstart this in the butt. Im counting all my maco's so everything is on point 100% with diet. Lifting 5 days on and cardio 5 days on as well. I want to run just 300 mg a week for 12 weeks for a boost. I have proviron i can run for the duration along w arimidex and pct. If i do my part solid will this help me speed things up a little. Not looking to be flamed just want help please.
