Using tes e when im fat?

Im 33 5'7 and 210 lbs and prob around 24% bf. Im down from 260 and have been hitting the gym for a little while. I know this isnt the best timing at all but after the break up i had i wanna kickstart this in the butt. Im counting all my maco's so everything is on point 100% with diet. Lifting 5 days on and cardio 5 days on as well. I want to run just 300 mg a week for 12 weeks for a boost. I have proviron i can run for the duration along w arimidex and pct. If i do my part solid will this help me speed things up a little. Not looking to be flamed just want help please.

no need for a flame here . your a middle aged guy whos allready lost 50 pounds naturally . welcome to OLOGY.

imo if your going to run a cycle run at least 400-500 mg of test cyp or eth a week for 10-12 weeks . start post cycle therapy (pct) 2 weeks after last injection.
 
You definitely should run aromasin Ed on cycle due to your higher bf. Might even need to bump it to 25mg Ed. I agree with dawg. I'd run 500mg a week 10-12 weeks. Good job on the weightless bro!
 
I do believe that with extra fat the test has a higher affinity to convert so keep that in mind. Someone correct me if I'm wrong. But hey keep kicking ass in the gym.
 
Thankyou DADAWG. My concern is that my bodyfat is high and i know I havent been in the gym that long. I used to be about 8% bf and about 175 at 5'7 and was in great shape until the gf came along and bitched about everything and little by little I fell off. I know its not the smartest thing but with the way im feeling right now I could use a boost. So w my weight right now you think I could pull this off if I do my part to the fullest. And this is all I want right now. TO RUB IT IN HER FACE lol but seriously I have proviron so i could run 25/ed plus I have the arimidex on hand. Also I have t3 but ive read mixed things on that. Please help me with how to pull this off. Thanks again for helping a guy in need

stick with a sound diet , hit the mod 3J up in the diet / nutrition forum here at ology for diet advice.
add in 400-500 mg of test eth or cyp a week . add the proviron if you have it , i like the stuff myself. start with 12.5 mg every day of aromasin and adjust it up or down from there .
 
Dadawg you are the man! I def appreciate your help. And im on 2000-210o cals a day for now and cutting as i need. Counting it all 250 pro, 150 carbs and 40 fat. Do you think i should run the t3. I read a few articles that spoke highly w no worries but ive read the same negative.
 
oh and w the proviron run to week 12 and stop wait to post cycle therapy (pct)?

stop the proviron when post cycle therapy (pct) starts . if you are making progress save the t3 imo or at most run 25mcg during the cycle but stop immediately after last injections.
 
@ Dadawg do you know anyone who ran cycle successfully being this overweight? Meaning people that actually stuck to the plan and were happy in the end
 
I know people who did their first cycle or first in a whole of test e after having dropped body fat naturally , and the increased lbm def helped them drop further. But, of your diet sucks it still won't matter. I had gotten up to 378 a year or so ago, got to 328 on my own, but couldn't get over the hump. Signed up w 3j in October and I went from 278 to 266 and cut bf from 30 to 21. And I was doing the whole 1800-2000 calorie thing. W his services I eat much more and have lost a ton while gaining all my lbm I had before back plus more. All natural no Eca , clen or test. So I'd recommend talking to him if you want to get the most out of what you are going to do , especially if you want to keep what you earn on test 500mg a week for 10-12 like everyone said. Just have Aromatase inhibitor (AI) and pct before you even get near a pin.

tons of overweight cycle . superheavyweight powerlifters , olympic lifters ,strong man competitors are obvious examples.

you should concentrate on adding lean mass on this cycle IMO. if your weight stays the same on this cycle but you keep 10-15 pounds of lean mass then your bodyfat drops dramatically . also the more lean mass you have = the more calories you can eat and maintain weight . lean mass uses calories throughout the day , fat doesnt.

i agree with dawg.. the best thing that can happen to you on this cycle is that you stay the same exact weight but drop a decent amount of bodyfat

that will be 80% predicated on your diet.. so you have two options

Dadawg thats true I cant believe I didnt even think of all those athletes. So glad I found this forum and 3J I have been reading up on you and you def seem to know whats going on. I appreciate all the friendly advice. Im still gonna think about this one more night and decide but I wanna do this as strict as possible. Thanks again fellas
 
broken heart you got great info from the grumpy old dadawg but i reccomend 3J first save the money to put the juice to its fullest potential
 
Is 24% from poor diet or crashed Test from no post cycle therapy (pct)? A lot of guys hover 15%-20% before cutting down. Congrats on the weight loss. Keep up the good work!
