var and test p :D

Hey ladies! So I decided to be a lab rat and test this out myself since my gfs at the gym dipped into it....
Im currently on 12.5 mg of liquid var ED and am going to start cycling in 25 mg of test P E7D.

My gf's unfortunately started off way too high and got some side effects but not till their 7th week when they were up to 300 mg of test P a week! (Never listen to the gym guys!)
Their voices deepened and some light hair appeared, however the hair has resided but their voices are still deep, not as low as it can get but let's just say everyone noticed.

Can anyone recommend a good PCT?
as for my diet and stats I'm 165 5'6 (not fat by any means!!!)
diet
meal 1 shake with oats
meal 2 1 egg and 4 egg whites with spinach and a tortilla with 2 tbls of salsa, meal 3 shake
meal 4 5 oz turkey on salad dry
meal 6 shake

anything I should change or add? diet is about the same everyday, and I dont have cheat meals....I like to stay consistent!

Didn't we already touch on this test P is a horrible idea for a lady Marilyn!

If you want to be a guy I am not going to judge you for that! Do what makes you happy. You do see those female body builders with manly jaws and such. Testosterone did this to them, just sayin ;)
 
I just now caught this, 300mg per week of test P!!!!

that is more than the testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) guys get from their docs!!!

I kind of dig women with a deep voice actually, so whatever makes you happy but it is a BAD IDEA!

What are your goals? Don't know what you should add without knowing what you're aiming for. Think you have too many shakes though..

I'm sorry but your diet is terrible, you are eating way way under maintance for your height & weight, I see 2 shakes, & 2 meals with some protein (not nealrly close the amount of protein u should be eating)
From these two meals I see around 36 grams of protein, the rest are 2 shakes (u should never replace real food for shakes) & I see one tortilla with salsa...(minimal nutritional value there)

You should really be focusing on your diet,
Bulking or cutting is really 80 % diet, there's no gear in the world that will get u the results your looking for if your diet/training are not dialed in.

At 5'6 weighing 165 lbs unless you have a lots & lots of muscle mass, I'd say your weight is definitely high.

You say u want to be a "lab rat" that's your choice & I'm sure you'll end up being one, since u seem so determined.
Your gf's were crazy doing 300 mg of test, unless their goal was to turn turn as masculine as possible.

What are your goals ?
 
wow i cant believe im reading this stuff

that's not a diet.. that's what they give to POW's in concentration camps.. lol

you want to inject yourself with a short estered test too?? no way you have lost your mind!!!!!

i have seen woman do test the right way.. 50mg test c or e once a week.. that's it.. but still it has unwanted side effects.. you have to be reasonable with your body.. your 160lbs you dont need gear.. you need a very strong and well routinied diet and training program


dont go putting your body through non-sense and getting facial hair!!! lol
 
I am 5'6 at 127 lbs and I am far from skinny...165 is a bit big. Your diet needs serious work...might want to get with 3J


Jenner, You have a very petite frame though, I have very broad shoulder, and huge hips. I am very muscular and have a way bigger build then most girls. If I ever get down to 140 lbs, I'd look sick (been there before.

I ususally have tuna or chicken for my 5 meal. I eat about 2000 cals.
no less sometimes more.

I am VERY VERY MUSCULAR YOU GUYS AND I AM NOT YOUR AVERAGE GIRL BUILD. I am extremely broad, wide hips, .....150 is an extremely awesome weight for me. As my brother puts it, "your just a big bitch" haha not as in fat but just stout lol.

OK, will do, and I dont plan on going up to 300 mg on test at all, im planning on doing 25 mg E7D and then going up to 75 after four weeks if I have no sides. My gfs went of it as soon as it hit them but their sides stayed for about 6 weeks cuz they took test E.

As for facial hair, This is embarrassing but it's a apart of me. I have hersutisism due to PCOS. So it's already there and I'm going through treatments to rid of it....really sucks, I'm in fertile and PCOS comes with all sorts of other things but I hide it well and it's not noticeable unless i point it out
 
Why don't you just stick with var for your first go around and tweak the diet with 3J. I bet you get better results with that than playing with test and other compounds.
 
You cant judge someone (especially a women) by her weight. I weight anywhere from 145-155 usually (except when I'm cycling and my weight goes up due to water). And my body fat is usually between 17-20% at that weight range. You may want to gage by measurements and body fat instead of weight.

As for taking 300 mg of test p a week... my husband takes 400 mg of test p a week when he cycles. You sure you want to take a dose so similar to what a guy is taking.... What exactly are you looking to accomplish? Do you want to building muscle? Lose fat? Or are you just looking to look more masculine?

I am no where near petite and also share the broad hips, but it has been my experience that most women tend to think they are more muscular than they really are. Posting pics would help the ladies here grasp what you are trying to get across about your build.

Why the desire to do test? You asked for help/advice, but didn't really post your goals.

I'd advise against test.
 
If you are comfortable with it, you could post some pics..it helps if there is a visual to match what you are saying. You do need a diet overhaul for sure though.



Ok, goals, I want to gain more mass...and I am not going to 300 mg a week as I stated before, thats what my friends did stupidly...and I'll get together with 3tj or whatever :) How do I contact him?

And I will post pics up once I take some and figure out how to do it, !!!

But I am happy with my big hips and "curviness I just want more muscle mass:)...I wanna get huge but not too huge lol

Hon, I looked at you profile. You're 21. Holy crap! I'm sorry, but you have no business being a lab rat with hormones. You're barely old enough to legally purchase alcohol and you are venturing into the world of anabolics?!?!?! Not only do I think you are way to young to be on var, but you're setting yourself up for some serious hormonal issues in your future, especially if you venture into test.

It's not recommended or encouraged on this forum for GUYS your age to be pinning test, much less women. You can put on size (muscle) with proper diet and training.

I'm not trying to sound preachy, trust me. It's hard to hear that you're too young, but you are at the prime age to accomplish everything naturally. You don't need any type of hormones to get the results you want.
Please re-think the test.

Oh and Jenner isn't what I'd consider petite (no offense Jenner). She is lean in the middle (strong core), and she's got a bad ass upper body! Nice broad shoulders, a back that forms a v, great bi's and killer traps. You just can't tell that from her profile pic. Her hips structure may not be as wide as yours, but she's still built well and very muscular.

With the correct balance of muscle and fat, I doubt you'd look sick at 140.

I did, :( ribs show and face looks sucked in....not cute...150 is perfect:)
