vasodilator medicine before the gym

last week i was having some stomach pains, i checked it out later it was nothing, but the doctor gave me a script for something to help with the pain.

its a vasodilator called Papaverine Hydrochloride

from what i know about vasodilators, they do just that. gives you sick pumps too. there are plenty of non-stimulant pre workouts that are vasodilators as well so would it be safe to take some of these pills before the gym for better pumps? thanks in advance

I wouldn't take any more then the doc recommended.

Just train hard and you will get sick pumps. Btw steroids help with those sick pumps.
