Vegetarian bodybuilding

Nothing could be further from the truth. This statement is absolutely foolish.

My avatar pic didn't happen without milk. Lots of it.

In this game, gentlemen, let me remind you, calories and diet are more important than AAS. A gallon of whole milk is 2400 calories. Let me repeat that: TWENTY FOUR HUNDRED CALORIES!

If you hit a plateau with your strength and weight gain, start drinking at least a gallon of whole milk each day.

You WILL get bigger.

Fuck yea. Milk has got me through so many plateaus while all natty and i fully intend to use it to beat the fuck out of my plateaus now that i have started aas.

here's the main problem with being a vegetarian and trying to get proteins from it; your on the opposite side of the carb/protein scale.. your never going to get to a point where your protein intake is equal to your carb intake it's always going to be biased heavily to the carb loading side. (eg; 3lbs of steamed spinach 46g of protein.. but also 75 grams of carbs... )

That and the fact that as a vegetarian you don't get any, it's impossible actually, to get b12; you don't get it, you go blind.. if this is not evidence that man was NOT meant to be vegan.. what is.
gorillas are vegie heads....

yes b12 should be supped in to diet. any multi has this... your plain wrong...

not "meant to" eat meat? says who? its called evolution...... we are not finished it....

you alsop forget your counting fiber as carbs, doesnt work like that and there is also nuts... and many other things. im not going to bother, but you are wrong in your thinking but are RIGHT most veggie heads DONT eat right... that goeas for meat eaters aswell though...

i rarly drink any milk aswell. no need for dairy.... but i do like my whey protein. i could live with soy , rice and hemp protein powder though.

As a physical anthropology minor, I can tell you without any reservation that humans and gorillas are nothing alike when it comes to how our dietary systems work.. might as well compare humans to a blue whale for all the good your argument is doing..
Fact, name one culture that is or has been in history 99% or more vegan.. bet you can't do it.. why? because it's physiologically impossible for a human to survive as a herbivore we have been and always will be omnivores with a heavy slant to carnivore.

I can name 1 99.5% meat eating culture existing right now, inuit.

As for milk, north americans have a predominant recessive gene that allows for juvenile and adult milk ingestion without rejection, this is not the case world over obviously, however when born, your mom did not produce almond milk or soya milk from her breast it was actual lactose based milk. Unless you don't have this recessive gene, your body has an affinity to actual milk, to not take advantage of that is simply silly and shows a very clouded perspective.

How can i be wrong about B12 if i'm actually right, you trying to force an argument by denying actualy fact?? wow.

Ok, I respect you allot JP.. but seriously are you saying that you are going to push forward evolution because you choose to be a vegetarian.. but supplement heavily with all sort of man made products that cover the gaps in veganisim.. that's probably one of the most misguided and arrogant statements i've ever come across.. ever. Either that or the theory behind evolution totally escapes you.

This is obviously a hot topic, but from an anthropological POV.. humans and proto humans.. never have been vegan.

DUDE in a way I AM. i am saying WE ARE AT a state of evolution were we dont NEED death to survive and we DONt NEED to eat meat.. you are looking at it in very narrow way...
just like we have knowledge of diet now and we work with that, we have technology and supplements. this is the next step yes. i do believe so. no need for death of animals who all think and feel. some smarter then the dogs or cats you got at home... yet eat.

Do i think its our future to be able to survive with technology, science and no meat? yes i do.. but you are posting it like im some sort of nut job.. do you really truly belive its "normal" to NOT care abotu death that CAN in ( THIS DAY AND AGE) be avoided? I sure dont..
Hey Im th eonly one in my family that doesnt eat meat.. do i think im better people then them? NO.. because they dont understand or see things as I do and thats fine..

PS, i know gorillas intestines are not the same as ours. im stating its possible to be big, muscular and strong with out meat. we got out minds and knowledge .. sups... powders... correct diets with veggies.... thats us. they got the better intestines and not our IQ. I agree though not best comparison.

Yes i do think think the few simple vitamins liek b12 and extra vitD in winter is the next way of doing things eventually...

dont "man mad this" BS. the meat industry is dirty and full of " man mad" stuff be it feed, chemicals or drugs given to animals...... I dotn think im better person for not eating meat, but dont you think you are for eating it... do i think im smarter? sure i do, but thats only because its my view. just like you will prob think your smarter and im an ass hat for actually saying nothing is wrong with living off earth death free and popping a couple multi vitamins.... I think its pretty sane though..
desensitization is not a good thing...
