Very basic hamburger idea

Cook a pound (or however much you want) of hamburger in the frying pan w/ some chopped up onions, drain the grease, and then mix in some BBQ sauce and a little bit of garlic and cook for another couple of minutes.

I tried this tonight, it turned out pretty good. Thought I'd share it w/ everyone. Good for a nice protein snack. :afro:
 
i add organic marinara sauce. only 8g of carbs per half cup. some garlic and italian seasoning, and its a damn tasty treat.
