Holy SHIT that's a lot of estrogen. Get that down quickerino. That's going to wreak havoc on your body over time. Gyno, prostate problems etc. How do you feel? Like a whiny little shit or what? No libido? wow

I don't necessarily disagree with you. If there was ever a time for letro that would be one of them. id be a little more caucious after the first few days. personally. for me its obvious when estro is high bloated like a pig.maybe I have high estrogen lolI agree with you with all the misuse and overuse of it, I've taken my estrogen too low before, no fun. I just think this is an urgent case and would warrant a full dose right away.

Make sure your AI is not bunk or under dosed. That's not so much test that can't be controlled by light AI use, unless you just make A LOT of aromatase but i doubt it with such little body fat.

No no no to using the letro, the adex has already bought it down. Again, do not run the letro lol.
How are you feeling now? If you keep running 1mg adex you're most likely going to crash so back off to .5mg ED and keep at that, see how you go get tested in 2 weeks again, adjust accordingly.
Where are you getting your AI btw?

Still feeling terrible. Periods of anxiety, depression, being overly emotional etc. 0 libido, cant get/stay hard. not feeling like myself at all yet
My Adex is UGL from a trusted source, the letro is pharma grade

Then keep up the 1mg a day of adex, you will eventually hit your sweet spot range for e2, when you do so then I would drop it to .5mg and take it from there, too low is just as bad as too high.

Nolva won't do shit, you need to keep lowering your e2 into an appropriate level, like I said stick with 1mg and when you start feeling better drop it to .5mg
