I don't have a lot of experience in creating cycles nor did I have access to a large variety. Sustonon however worked incredibly well for me. It was only my second cycle so I would recomend it for any neophytes. I was just shy of 195 pounds when I started and when I finished I was 228. Not bad for only sustanon. My protein intake was 1 gram per pound at the beginnning and by the end I had increased it to 1.5 grams. That's roughly around 320 g's of p. Keep in mind that I was eating a small meal every hour and a half. I started my first two weeks with 1cc. The next two weeks with 2cc taken monday and thursday. The first two weeks of the second month, 2cc's on monday and one on thursday. For weeks 7-10 2cc's monday and 2cc's on thursday. The problem with this was I had started to develop gyno. Nothing noticable to the eye but quite sensative to the touch. I didn't have and novladex or anyother anti-estrogen at the time so I had to tough it out. My recomendation for anyone trying this would be to secure some novladex first. Anywho if you want to put on some big time mass and strength but don't have a lot of options this was the best thing since sliced bread for me.
