INTRO: Hey guys, time to go at it again with another cycle. My last cycle was on 5/16/2011 complete leaning out cycle. I had a very pleasant experience with Tren A with very minimal side affects. Thus, I will be doing another T cycle this time around with the only change being upping the T 100mgs =ing 500mgs E3D.

MY GOAL THIS CYCLE: I will be focusing on my tri's/bi's, expanding my chest, and my BACK. This means that I will be hitting these areas roughly 2x's weekly (depending on muscle fatigue).

MY DIET: Will stay the same as my lean cycle (Atkins), However, I will be adding in some curve balls this time. Meaning, I will allow myself carbs in fruits.

I will be adding current pictures sometime last this weekend.

sust 1-20 wks, 700mgs, Split EOD 175mgs
tren A. 1-19 wks, 75mgs ED
Aromasin 1-20 wks, 18.5-25mgs (as needed)
Prami 1-20 wks, .25-1mg EOD
GHRP 1-20 wks

HCG 3-19 wks (still on order so I will start on wk 3 instead of 1- I'm inpatient), 1,000ius, split Monday/Thursday. BLAST weeks 15&16 500ius ED.

PCT: clomid 150/150/100/100
Nolva 40/40/40/40

(Sust 1-20 wks, 700mgs
Tren A. 1-19 wks, 75mgs ED
Aromasin 1-20 wks
Prami 1-20 wks

GYM: Bi's/Tri's. 15 sets total. 15 minutes on stairmaster 215 calories burned.

Feeling good at the gym. Finally, getting some good pumps back. Right now just trying to get back into the grove of things since my time off. My body bounces back rather quick from past experiences. One month in I should be fully into where I left off.

*I also adjusted my cycle just a bit. I meant to do this at the beginning. I will extend my cycle by 30 days/1 month. I'm doing this because of the fact that everything went so well with the last cycle that was 16 weeks. I will adjust accordingly if I'm feeling side effects.

A.M. GYM 30 minutes of cardio..400 calories burned.
LEGS: 15-20 total sets. 10-30 reps each.

Feeling good at the gym. Finally coming out of this tired state I have been in since my last cycle.

hows ya shoulder going? i have the same problem i think it due to in imbalance between the front a rear delt!

Thanks bro! shoulder is doing a bit better..However, we see how things go as I put some more weight on the rack...lol...One thing that I learned over the years is that I dont want to be a power lifter..which means I need to reduce the weight...Im a bodybuilder...meaning that im trying to shape my body and dont need to much weight to do so...I just get ahead of myself at the gym and try to go as heavy as I can..and i need to cut that out

Barry just wondering , I know your a big fan of atkins style for cutting , so do you have any useful tips on this style for cutting ? Im using it right now .

And any cardio tips you could give that you vouch by such as HIIT or empty stomach slow state cardio ?

The rational for the Atkins for me is that its easy for me to control my weight. I can use this method to cut or to lean bulk (just by adding a few compound carbs).

My advice is to stricktly follow the diet published. I adjust it by the following: I allow myself to eat as much meats & cheeses as I want. Then about a month later I can eat as much vegi's with carbs in them and some fruits (berries) as I want.

Cardio: I only use stairmaster. Spend 30 minutes above level 91.

If you do this you will lean out!!!! I'm NO trainer but I have put about 4 people I personally know on this diet and all of them lost over 10lbs the first month (all of them lost over 25lbs in 3 months ) and these are not obese people most are around 5'9-5'10 200-210lbs.

oh okay barry I got ya bro , so wait you dont count your calories even when cutting on the atkins style ? Or you just dont count calories when your lean bulking with it ?

Also do you reccomend ECA or Clen for a keto style ? Not sure which I want to use if one is better then the other for keto style.

Nope! I never count calories period. I eat as much meat, cheese, and low carb vegi's as i want. You have to be strict on this though you cant have both (meaning all the calories through meats as you want but then eat some carbs).

Also, you need to cut alcohol out completely for the first month (which is the hardest for me).

Get yourself some Adkins snacks for when your thinking about cheating or feeling like choclate.

I use Clen..seems to work the best for me.
