GYM: Legs: 25-30 sets. 2.5hrs Did heavy squats; 565lbs 4x's (up 10lbs from last week) could have did more but needed another spotter to be safe.

565lbs 4x's ???? man that's beast - you seeing some growthfrom that? seems like youarepushing to the max. What is your recovery like betwen sets? u train legs 1x a week?

Day 92 Monday

GYM: Tri's: 15-20 sets. Moderate weight. Had some ok pumps..nothing great.
 
Day 93 Tuesday

END OF CYCLE

Weight: 190lbs

Growth: Arms grew 1/2-3/4 inch. Made some good gains on my Upper Chest (which was non-existent before cycle). Legs..well have always been good (gained more strength than anything..squated 600lbs+ for the first time since early college). Back got a little more defined especially in upper area...need to focus on lower for a while. Shoulders are coming in very nicely-giving me some good width for my body type.


Last dosage of Oral Tren of the cycle. Started Nolva, and continuing with clomid and Letro through PCT.


Blood levels can tell are already becoming unstable. Getting some flare ups of acne along my shoulders neck and back..nothing serious yet.

Seeing a little bit of growth here and there. Noticing more strength gains in my legs than anything else. Recovery between sets is longer than usual lately due to the fact that their is at least 2 other guys that work out legs with me on leg day. If im alone I try to rest for about 1 min between sets. But with others there is probably a good 2 minutes between sets. We get some good pumps though by the end of the long leg workout.
 
Lookin' good man - you weighing 190 there? BF looks nice and low - can really see the serratus, obliques, and abs. Nice work!
 
wow- that was a hella good cycle for u! Looks like you really achieved a recomp - lowering BF and packing on some new muscle. Quads look a lot bigger!

U going to maintain at that for awhile and then build more? You could def do a physique show and walk away with a Trophy!
 
Thanks guys! I'm actually going to Carb Cycle for the next couple of months..which will lean me out a little. Hopefully, I can eat enough to where I can lean out w/o actuallly losing any mass..wishful thinking I know.

I will continue...monthly...to post some pictures in the "picture" forum so everyone can see progress.

I would LOVE to do a show soon. There is one in July local that I might enter if I can get in the right shape...

Great before & after! That was an awesome cycle for u! I think you can keep your gains and leanness in the next few months and achieve a body recomposition. You're in a perfect Place to do that. Maybe drop a pound of bf and replace it with a couple pounds of muscle. I say hit your legs hard and keep the diet clean. NICE work!
