want to gain wieght

i am 6'2" wiegh 140 and am 21

i have been having problem gaing wieght. i eat a lot of food and and have been working out for the past 6 months with only a five pound gaind. i was wondering what i could take to gain muscle. i was thinnking about steroids but im not sure if it would be a good time to start so if it isnt what could i take that would help me.

If you really want the truth about what you need to gain weight....it's quite simple; Food is the most anabolic thing you can put into your body. You are going to have to increase your caloric intake big time.

Bro I feel you with the skinny bit. In High school I was at one point 6'2'' and like 145 pounds. At that time tighter jeans were cool, so were basketball sneakers. In my case size 12 basketball sneakers. I recently visited my parents and seen an old picture of me, un fucking believable is all I gotta say... Picture this tall skinny, mullet boy, with tight jeans accentuating his arms.....uh?? I mean legs, with thes big giant basketball sneakers that ate the bottom of my pants, giving this an impression of a tic tac being fed to a whale....( tic tac...my legs) (whale...my sneakers).....So anyways bro I have been there I know what its like to see other dudes that arent skinny and wish you were that way.....I hated the beach..
I didnt begin training correctly until around 23 or so( 148 lbs). When I first decided to try steroids I was consistent with a training program and diet for at least a year and a half or so( I should have waited) . I now am at 27, 206lbs, 7.7% bf amd going strong. My new goal is to reach 230 at 6%. One thing I can tell you is if your curious about what you can get out of steroids your in the right place. I would only recommend that you are well informed before you ever decide to stick yourself. Do not be afraid to ask questions.....Bro from one ex skinny kid to a skinny kid I wish you luck, and hope you attain all the goals you want for yourself....R
 
Food is what you need and lots of it. Bro your hormones are at the highest point they'll be in life so take advantage of them. Give yourself 3-4 more years before juicing. Gain as much weight as you can, get your training, diet and recovery down in this time. Then your joints and tendons will be ready for the extra weight you'll be pushing or pulling.
