Ways to combat Anadrol bloat?

Adrol like d bol converts to estro like a mo fo bro....i e bloat..strength..do not discount them if you have not tried them. For me anadrol was way to bloating. I also got a headache , heartburn and then a spike in MY blood prssure.
As soon as I dropped the drol they all went away.
We re all differant and all react differantly to this stuff. I ll take dbol or tbol over the drol. If it s all you got, you got to take the good with the bad.

Low sodium, drink lots of water, sauna. Tbol over Adrol for me.

It is important to note however, that this drug does not directly convert to estrogen in the body. Oxymetholone is a derivative of dihydrotestosterone, which gives it a structure that cannot be aromatized. As such, many have speculated as to what makes this hormone so troublesome in terms of estrogenic side effects. Some have suggested that it has progestational activity, similar to nandrolone, and is not actually estrogenic at all. Since the obvious side effects of both estrogens and progestins are very similar, this explanation might be a plausible one. However we do find medical studies looking at this possibility. One such tested the progestational activity of various steroids including nandrolone, norethandrolone, methandrostenolone, testosterone and oxymetholone. It reported no significant progestational effect inherent in oxymetholone or methandrostenolone, slight activity with testosterone and strong progestational effect inherent in nandrolone and norethandrolone. With such findings it starts to seem much more likely that oxymetholone can intrinsically activate the estrogen receptor itself, similar to but more profoundly than the estrogenic androgen methAndriol.
If this is the case we can only combat the estrogenic side effects of oxymetholone with estrogen receptor antagonists such as Nolvadex or Clomid, and not with an aromatase inhibitor. The strong anti-aromatase compounds such as Arimidex, Femara, or Aromasin would prove to be totally useless with this steroid, as aromatase is not involved.
I just don't recall ever hearing anyone taking clomid or nolva while on Adrol

Anyway with anadrol you d use both - nolvadex and arimidex or one of them ?

Sauna is definitely a false statement. It's going to do nothing but dehydrate you making your body store more water and the second you get out and drink water you put it right back on

I would just sell it bro if you have it on hand and if not get dbol instead if you don't mind some bloat or tbol with the least bloat of all. Var might be an option as well of your pockets are cool with it
I have ran Androl (out of a US pharmacy) when I was younger. I can honestly tell you that at a dosage of 100mg-150mg very few compounds ever came close, if any, to the strength and size gains. Makes you hold water, but in my case less then Dbol. Also killed my appetite. Messed with my liver enzymes some. No headaches. No sleep issues.

Yea its funny because I just ran dbol for the first time and had zero bloat and it got me very cut lol. I hear so many people say that it bloats them but I guess im one of the lucky ones. I used adex .5 3 times a week.
