I went to my doctor today because the referral she sent to the only credible endo for low t situations is not accepting new patients. I told her about Increase My T and she said she cannot work with them because they are from the states and she has to follow Ontario guidelines. Then she asked how I feel..i said like shit. Then she went silent for a few seconds. Then she asked me what do I wasn't her to do. I said I had no idea at this point because it seems all other options are gone. Then she asked if I just wanted to forget about this stuff for now. I was like..uhh no I'm not living like this. So she said she will refer me to a different endo, but her and I both have a feeling that this endo will see that I am in the "normal range" and do nothing for me. Guys I feel helpless. I have no idea what to do. I don't want to be 20 years old and already feel like an old man. My life feels over

What are your lab results? Hard to say anything without knowing what's going on, I'd hope she at least ran a hormone panel to see if it is indeed low testosterone causing your woes. Don't forget the ranges too, many labs are different in this regard.

My .02c :)

Note: It's not over until you give up. There are many solutions out there, you just have to have the perseverance and patience to seek them out.

total test in june was 350. In September after 5 weeks of clomid it was 495. Still didn't make me feel much better. Im not sure what they are right now. She at least let me try clomid for 5 weeks. But that was all she was comfortable doing. I don't want to give up. I just do not know what to do. This isn't easy to live like this at such a young age. Well it isn't easy at any age who am I kidding.

Don't give up brother. Got to another doctor to get a referral if needed. If you have them please post labs as halfwit said above. Good luck

You still felt like crap at a TT of 495ng/dL? Have you looked into other causes such as thyroid issues or possibly adrenal issues? There's a lot more to our state of well-being than just testosterone levels. Don't let the numbers hang you up, they are merely meant as a guide into looking for problems. Sure, some may require higher values to feel great, but there are also many men that feel fantastic at those values; provided everything else is looking good.

Stick with it, be honest with this new endo and explain your concerns. Just don't get fixated on the testosterone values, as that is a quick way to turning a doctor off from wanting to help you as they may think you have ulterior motives at play. If you're persistent, you will find the solution in due time. I spent over a decade looking for what was making me feel like crap - I gave up and it wasn't until 4 years ago that I finally found out I was VERY hypogonadal (120ng/dL), which may or may not be your case.

Stick with it man, you'll make it through this. :)

Can you get on a waiting list for the endo you mentioned? If so get on a waiting list and start asking friends and family members about their doctors, I'm sure someone has a doc that they would recommend. Some doctors just don't like prescribing anything that is a controlled substance because they're scared it will come back and bite them in the ass. I'm pretty lucky I have a real good relationship with my doctor. I'm always up front with my doctor and never lie to him and he gives me all the respect in the world. Too bad all docs couldn't be more like him. Don't give up there are doctors out there who want to help and are happy to do so.

Where are you from in Ontario? I'm in the GTA and can direct you to a great doc. Need to pay though.

Definitely get your thyroid checked like Halfwit mentioned. Go to a walk in clinic if needed.

I am from Belleville area. Ya I will get others checked. I am sure its test though. I screwed it up last year when a bastard sold me a prohormone even though it was advertised as a testosterone booster. Between that and doing a diet with way to low of fats...and working 12 hours shifts...I did everything possible to mess with my balls unintentionally.

Yes I have. I would like to do that. Like a HCG blast followed by clomid for like 3 months. Maybe nolva the first month with clomid. I'd like a professional to be able to prescribe me this stuff though...then I'm not using underground lab stuff

You need to find some HCG....
forget the "blasts"....
I was in the exact same boat as you but older and all it took was 350 i.u. 3 times a week.
This is standard protocol for HRT in young men who want to keep their fertility.
After 8 weeks on this stuff it took me from 500 ng/dl T.T. to 965 ng/dl T.T.
I would then bridge this with clomid 50 mg EOD for 3-4 months and come off and do labs...
either that or travel to the U.S. and get hooked up with IMT.
HCG needs to be in a fridge....
if you run into E2 sides all you need is 0.25 mg ADEX EOD or E3D while on...lab work will tell you what to do.
You can PM me anytime about help with protocol....I've been on the stuff for years.
"forget about this for now".....can't believe these docs.

Endo wont do nothing for him with labs of 495 ng/dl T.T.

also your estrogen level... what was that.. that can affect you man.. thyroid, estro and test are BIG players in this, but it could stll be somethign else.

as a last resort if your sure its test you need ot get up , OP i would rec testprop for 6-8 weeks at say 300-400mg ew, then stop it 5 days before the blood test and this should lower your natty test level.
but i do not rec this unless you are SURE its test level issue, and at this point you are not so dont think to your self you are, you need to do more research into yourself before coming to that. good luck .

Don't be afraid of research / UGL pct chems, play it smart obviously but I wouldn't hold my breath/put my life on hold waiting for a prescription

True I won't wait forever to get a prescription. I don't want to go another year feeling like this. I'm too young. Hopefully the endo appointment won't take long to get in..like within the next 2 months. At least they will call for proper blood work panels so I will have a full understanding what is happening to me. I am quite sure it is testosterone because prior to screwing myself up last winter I felt great. Always crazy libido lots of energy. Very positive and motivated person. Put on muscle really well and didn't gain fat all that easily. It is now all the opposite. If the endo appointment is going to be a year from now (doctor said it could potentially take that long) I will do a restart with underground lab chems. A credible one I already know one that is great. I just hate the idea of Canadian healthcare forcing me to self medicate and treat myself. If that fails... Then I will do what Juiced Porkshop said about taking Test prop for 6-8 weeks and let my body crash before bloods (If Testosterone is the issue) Lastttt resort though

Last time I checked this forum was for people on doctor prescribed TRT? Please take your suggestions to the anabolic forum. Thanks

A doctor would likely pick up on the fact that this was done as his LH and FSH would be shut down. Even in severe secondary hypogonadism there is some LH and FSH.

Eeeek! This could exacerbate the original problem and throw another variable into what the issue is! Full panel blood work + knowledgeable doctor(will probably order a scan of the pituitary as well.) is the best equation for this young gentleman's hardship, in my humble opinion.

OP, this is sound advice from an expert in the field of TRT with a proven track record of helping countless men like you and I suffering from low T, in my humble opinion you should follow this advice and not deviate!
