As a guy who hasn't flipped the switch yet I was wondering if any of you guys who have are running 5/3/1? I love this program as a non enhanced lifter and was going to keep using it if and when I do make the change. I really like the versatility and how easy it is to muck around with things. Also programming the progression at it's lightest (5lbs increases per lift per month, always deload week 4) I have found it much easier to make steadier gains than when I was on a linear progression with faster paced programming. Anybody who has ran it on cycle want to chip in?
