At what age do u guys think that u start to realize that ur maybe not getting the same results that u where when a little younger>>???

Man after 35 I was working my ass off at the gym and now after hitting 40 shit I was killing my self just to keep it... So now with the help of juice I can enjoy walking in the gym!!!

I eat less yet accumulate fat easier! My body Def has undergone a metabolic shift (for the worse). By the way: I'm 32

My metabolism change dramatically for the worse at age 39. After a series of test, it was determined to be primarially due to an increase in insulin resistance. Since then I have learned to adjust my carb intake and have added supplements such as Glucorell-R.

BTW, I am now 47 and recently competed (for the first time in 12 years) in the masters class of a major regional contest in which I placed third, so your never too old.

I noticed a big change at 30. I'm 36 now and stronger than ever, but if I didn't exercise after 30, I'd be a total mess.

For me personally, when I hit the 4-0. On average, guys start dropping off in their twenties--peak is around 18.

I can't tell because I didn't start working out 'til I was 40, so I missed out on the peak years. It's always a stuggle for me. I've accomplished a lot, but not as much as I would like. I'm 47 now.

Sorta like me, I never got real serious about lifting till I was in my mid 30's........I'm 45 now.

Next month will be 6 years training natural.
I started serious weighlifiting at the age of 26.

In that time I went from 175lbs to 205-225 depending on the season.
I think I peaked right around the upper 20s
I also remember being like around 235 at that time but I was eating everything under the sun.

I am now 32 and right around 205-210
still getting compliments but I know that it is getting tougher and I was bigger a few years back.

I have noticed it gets harder to throw down mass calories.
It seems it wants to go to fat before building muscle.

I am looking forward to my first bulking Test cycle this November.

I hope I am still pounding the weights when I turn 45!

StoneColdNTO that is awesome!

I look to the veterans of BB for motivation!

I started to notice a difference when I hit 30...Now at 35 it just keeps getting harder but I keep hitting the gym and making gains.

This is an interesting topic. Amazing how everyone notices changes at different ages.
For me, I started noticing a difference at age 25 in my energy levels, gains in the gym, sex drive, etc. I'm now almost 30 and my testosterone levels just came back really low (I thought they would as I have been feeling like hell for a long time). It looks like HRT for me.

No, the reason why i ask is because im curently 26, and wanted to turn up the heat and accomplish all my lifting gals before it gets harder..
But me being 26 i definately feel the strongest yet and dont see a difference in the way i gain muscle yet..

Hope it stays that way....lol

When I started at 24, I didn't know crap about nutrition, overtraining, post workout recovery, natural insulin spiking, isolation techniques, etc so it didn't matter for me. It is harder than hell to keep the stomach off after 30. Now that I am astute at the iron game, I am probably doing a hell of a lot better now. (35 y.o.) Wish I knew all the stuff I know now. In my twenties, it was too much gym, too little food and too many muscle mag supplements that were as useful as koolaid.

For me it was 30 when my metabolism hit the "brick wall" and i really had to put more emphasis on my diet as in not eating so much and as well not so much crap(food wise). Working out still stayed about the same as im an mod-easy gainer. Juice just makes it that much easier....so i hear....;)
