What am i doing wrong?

so gain weight then loose eh? well i hope this process of my body adjusting wont take too long because my goal is to get where i want to be in four months. starting may

It'll all work out. Thats why J was saying to ease into the diet and work your way up to the food. You may be able to avoid any weight gain by doing this, but if you feel like just jumping in it won't be much of a problem either, just dont get discourage if/when you see a weight gain.

Lol come on man get the fuck out of here with that shit, he doesnt need DNP or anything except for a good diet and solid training.

I try not to withhold my information... I do attempt to make it aware that I'm not condoning however :smoker:

Reason i ask is sodium is a major culprit for water retention, If you cut salt down to a minimum, you will probably lose weight a lot faster.

Cheap weight loss diet:

Eggs
Whole Grain breads
don't skimp on the protein
Chicken
90% lean ground beef (on occasion)
Water
Fish/flax oil
Don't use butter
don't eat a ton of starchy foods (potatoes..things with a lot of flour in them etc)
Salad... eat a lot of it... basic idea - darker green, more lean

Don't eat excessive amounts of fruits. Glycogen (the sugar) from fruits builds up in muscle tissue, and when it is not utilized, it nearly immediately converts to fat. Just like candy.

Keep potassium intake up - banana 2x a day could be a reasonable cheap way to get it, just don't over do it (glycogen).

Drink coconut water - It's a natural laxative, so don't completely over do it, but it can promote weight loss. A 24oz can is 99 cents. If you have a Spanish market or international food store around, shop there. You will probably find the most fresh and less pricey foods.

Caffeine - coffee once in the morning with no sugar or cream can assist in weight loss

go with what the others are offering for information as, I am by no means an expert at this as I imagine some of them are. I just happen to know a few cheap work-arounds.

Your metabolism is so slow from not eating right now that you will initially gain weight until your body starts to adjust and realizes it will be fed every couple hours.

this is the type of advice that gets reps.. BUMP FOR GREAT ADVICE

after six weeks of dieting i should be able to see some weight differences right?

u need to check in with me every other week with progress.. that way i know how your body is reacting.. and yes, you should be losing a decent amount of weight.. 1-2lbs a week.. but we still have to tweak ur diet to your needs, thats why u have to come back

So today is day one, feeling good trying to get used to all this food...went to the gym had a good workout..checked the scale, reading 210 pounds, lets see what this diet has in store for me...only questions is does it matter how many hours should be between each meal? like it is 6 meals, so does it really matter? and should it be the same time everyday? or can i just start it whenever i wake up...thanks
