Figured it would be a good idea to keep a running thread of what everyone is doing..so by all means keep this bumped and post everyday if you want..the more the merrier!!

Incline BB 5x5
flat dbell 2x8
normall i do decline but the last 2 weeks ive been doing flyes 2x10

BB curl 5x5
seated dbell curl 3x8

calves
each week i keep expecting to not make all 5's but to my surprise i do..after last week i was expecting some difficulty today on incline..my first work set was cake and so were the next 4..bench or incline i think is my worst lift but this is working for me interms of strength as well as size..
 
chest, tri's:

incline bench press, 4 x 6-8
flat dumbell press, 4 x 6-8
dips, 3 x 15
close grip bench press, 4 x 6-8
two arm overhead dumbell extentions, 4 x 6-8

So far so good. Only into my second week, but I am already stronger this week (i'm sure the chemicals help. LOL)

I went up 10lbs on squats this week compared to last so its so far so good. Keeping great form is helping as well.

Funny thing about training though. I have been at this since '91 and this year I am just starting to come into my own!! Noobs should really be more aware of the possibilities of learning!!

Plus, I am up 12lbs from 228 to 240 from the start f this cycle. And I am loving the Tren!! Yeehaw!!
 
bench, up to three rep max. lying dumbell extensions, chest supported rows, 2 sets of seated close grip pulley rows, maybe some shoulder work, and abs.

I'm lessoning my reps, i was doing way to many, but no i am not as sore and i feel just agood workout as of less reps, but havy weight, for me that is

I am off today, tomorrow will be DE squat day. 8x2 at around 340 of a box about two inches below parallel. I will probably do a few sets of deads, and than some pullthroughs and abs.
