seated dumbell french press*
incline "Zane" dumbell curls**
standing preacher, cambered bar, close grip
barbell reverse curls

*are we gonna have to start calling these "freedom presses"?
** Zane curls are just alternating dumbell curls, except you rest at the top instead of the bottom. IOW you hold one arm contracted while you work the other one, then alternate.

My first training day for a week so I startet out easy and did not go for the generall 1-3 rep in the ME exercise. Felt good to be back in the gym.

I follow the westside templete to the best of my ability.

rack pulls from the knee 3x10@315 will go lower next week

Dbell press 70's 2x10

rope pushdowns 3x10@190

4 sets of ab pull downs

Parallel Box Squats with bands x 1 Rep Max
Pull Throughs 3 x 8
Glute/Hams with weight 2 x 8
Bent Rows 3 x 6
HEAVY weighted Ab work

Seated calf raises... 75x50 (kinda something between DC's and Nelson Montana's version)
Straight bar curls... 125x9 RP, SH
Reverse Curls... 90x8 RP, SH
 
today is my day off- but yesterday i did some decline benching- my favorite.
did 155 x 6 x 3 and then another 135 x 8.
(i'm female, thats why it looks puny)
